Visited here a little past 10pm last night and ordered one Spicy Royal Crispy Chicken Sandwich and one Impossible Whopper. Was told to pull around to the front and wait, and as I waited I noticed that the change I received was short 1 dollar. Received the food 8 minutes later and I told the employee who brought the food out about the missing change. He told me to pull around the drive-thru again. Before I started to pull around I noticed that only the impossible Whopper was in the bag. Two cars were ahead of me in the line and it took another 5 minutes for my turn to come up. I had to explain both the short change and the missing sandwich multiple times before they started to actually try to fix the mistakes. As they were making the chicken sandwich, I overheard some strange discussions among the staff. first topic was how one of the cars before mine must have received the chicken sandwich meant for my order (it sounded like they were upset at this customer for supposedly lying to them about something). The second conversation was about how my order was odd because I ordered the spicy chicken without the spicy sauce, claiming that I should have just ordered the regular chicken sandwich. This seems unfair; I did not know anything about the item and when I saw the picture on the menu screen with the white sauce I had assumed it was some sort of sauce I don't like such as mayonnaise or ranch, and I also assumed the spice factor was in the chicken breading itself. Since they know more about the menu items than I do, they could have helped me by steering me away from ordering the sandwich in this fashion, but instead they chose not to and mocked me amongst themselves after the fact. It took 10 more minutes for me to receive the change and the chicken sandwich. As I was waiting, I looked at the impossible Whopper and noticed it did not have tomato like the burger usually does, and as I was starting to pull away, I noticed the chicken sandwich also did not have the tomato it was supposed to. Decided not to pull around to have this fixed as I no longer wished to hassle with the staff over their incredibly poor service. No receipt with the order to inform me on how to access their feedback hotline so this was the first place I thought of to talk about...
Read moreTwo of the the most horrible experiences I have ever had at a drive through. First many months ago. One car in the drive through and to lanes open. I pulled into the unoccupied lane. Waited about 10 minutes for someone to acknowledge me. When they did, they told me that the lane I was in was closed. Nothing indicated that the lane I was in was closed. I had to back up and get into the other and get behind another car that arrived. Waited over 5 minutes for the car that arrived after me to get served. When I finally arrived to place my order, I was asked to hold. Another 5 minutes went by before my order was taken.
Today, I went back because my son likes BK. Arrived with two cars at the window and two cars needing to have their orders taken. One lane shut down this time. Waited ten minutes for the two cars in front of me to served. I pulled up to order at 1453. At 1658 I asked if anyone was still there. At 1659 after waiting for 16 minutes and no response I lost it. There were at least a half a dozen cars behind me. Not counting the three or four that left in the mean time. I was done. Left with tires screeching. By the way, nobody was still at the window. It’s like they decided to take a beak and let us all at sit around until they finished their joint.
Ordered McDonald’s on my app on the way home. Walked in and had my order in 2 minutes.
I will never ever spend another penny at Burger King.
Supper sad since that was my first job and I live...
Read moreThe manager, whose name I don't know, was VERY RUDE. I told him the employee who had entered the bathroom took too long because she was smoking marijuana. To my surprise, it turned out to be the other manager on duty. I told her that wasn't right, since smoking is generally not allowed in any food establishment, and the aroma was too unpleasant.
The manager asked me how I knew it was her who had smoked.
When I opened the door and entered the bathroom, it was more than obvious, and there were no women around. He told me that didn't matter, since marijuana is legal in Columbus. I told him it didn't matter that it was legal; the business and the place MUST be RESPECTED because people are working, not relaxing in THEIR home.
For the sake of image, they can't allow their employees on duty to smoke as if they were at home. They understand that they are going to work, not to relax or de-stress by smoking in their work area, thus ruining a familiar place. This employee must be reminded that he is there to provide a service, not to argue with clients and defend irregularities, just because he himself confirmed that he also smokes. Let them do what they like with their free time, BUT WHEN IT COMES TO WORK, THEY SHOULD BE RESPONSIBLE AND NOT JUSTIFY THEIR EMOTIONAL IRREGULARITIES.
HIS ATTITUDE IS REALLY DISASTERFUL, HE DOESN'T DESERVE THAT POSITION, WHAT HE DOES IS RUDE, NEGLIGENT AND...
