I ordered mine & my husband's meals $25 got all the way home and there were their chicken sandwiche & a small fry. Close to closing time so I tried to call for the twenty minutes I was driving back to location to correct their mistake. They had their phone off the hook, Couldn't get through At all. Got there 9:55 pm when I walked through the door after an employee let me in bc the door was already locked. He calls Lily out who I tell which was also who took my order, money off my card, then she made an error of giving me the wrong food. All her error and she asked me what I ordered and pretended she didn't remember taking my order, money nothing no accountability but she slipped and repeated my order back to me. I had left off the root beer float since I did receive that at the drive thru. While repeating my order back to me at the end she said and a root beer float. I said oh so you do remember me & my order ok. She said oh I thought you said it no mam I did not say it. I received the root beer float. She said oh ok I said yes I would like my food. She said well go ahead put your card in so I did. She refunded the money said it will be 3 to 5 Business days. I said what about my food she its 10:02 we are closed!!! I told her it was your mistake and you are the manger you can't work over & fix your mistake. She said I gave you a refund. I didn't ask for a refund I asked you to please make my correct order and give that to me. She said well we can't we are closed. I'm also a manager/ salary and I work overtime every week bc I care not bc of making a mistake. If it were my mistake I absolutely would be working a few minutes over to correct my error. She couldn't work over for ten minutes to fix her error and was unapologetic about it as well. I told her I tried to call for twenty minutes to give you a heads up so you could fix the mistake but you had your phone off the hook. She seemed unbothered and clearly is careless. DO BETTER! She is UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL DISMISSIVE, UNORGANIZED and IRRESPONSIBLE. My daughter had reached out to her MULTIPLE times regarding her direct deposit information. She gave her all of her required info when she went to orientation.... they lost it and a week later, she had to provide the information AGAIN!! My daughter has sent her multiple text messages about ensuring they have her bank info so that she can get paid for the hours she worked. The manager barely addressed her. I called to speak with her myself and she got SMART with me!! To the point where I warned her TWICE about how she spoke to me before I gave her back what she was giving. My daughter had been calling her since! On her work cell AND the store location that she worked in. She has YET to respond to her or call back. She had been out of the store for weeks! The current employees have no clue when she's coming back. My daughter is a MINOR!! I have also called Culver's Headquarters/Corporate and was advised that there is "nothing" they can do. That they wouldn't have any record of anything and that I needed to handle it at a store level. HOW?! I'm behind disappointed that Culver's had this type of individual working for them. She lacks professionalism and many other areas required for management. How could you allow one of your employees to go UNPAID for a month??? Even without bank info why not issue her a paper check?? Entering one notices the multiple of dead and or untrimmed bushes on the south side. Stepping carefully across the very worn falling apart black rubber door mat. Either replace or remove the old worn poor image object.
Entering I immediately thought my hearing aids had gone out of adjustment. Fortunately it was not they but rather the alarm panel by the doors buzzing away. As it did so for our entire visit.
Cashier asked us to step over to have our order taken. Then she started to talk to someone off to the side. Then noticed empty bags and tried to solve that mystery…did wait on us eventually
Keep telling me I couldn’t order espresso as an addition to my ice cream. Needed a manager to tell here it was no longer available though listed on the menu board.
After a few repeats of what our order was it was finally rung up. Stopping at the drink and condiments counter revealed containers empty. Catchup smeared around. Loose drink lids and a general mess even though it was 3 PM. Tables needed cleaned or washed. Floor swept.
Throwing out our garbage was hard as the trash cans were full.
Update: a real lack of concern from this place. As of Thursday 5-22-2025 there has been no follow up. Place had really slipped.
On the good side the ice cream products were tasty and as desired. The sourdough melt was right on. This I referenced from my receipt
