Security guards aggress drivers stationary vehicles loading and unloading under the 10 minute rule and at or about 10 minutes. security guards are aggressive and appear as if they have mental health issues. the shopping experience for customers due to the employees and the security guards employed on the property is below normal. the safety level on the property is below normal due to the unusual behavior of the security guards and employees. the security guards threaten customers without cause or healthy reasons. The security guards appear to have issues with their mental health due to their strange behavior and as a result they should mentally evaluated and diagnosed and treated for their mental issues rather then getting privileges to threaten societies customers, its a good thing security officers are not allowed to carry a gun. The security officers touched my private property with out my permission. my property is private not public property. I went to Bridgeport village 6/24/2022@apprx 6:00pm to purchase Happy lemon tea for my daughter and I. Parking is not easy to find. A spot was coming available and I was waiting kindly courtesyly and patiently for other guests to leave that were leaving the parking spot as everyone does when a parking spot becomes available. The security guard was hostile and pointing for me to keep going and he wanted me to give up the parking spot that was my turn. I kept my windows up and did not socialize or interact with him because he was so hostile that I was waiting my turn to park in a spot that other guests were leaving. I decided not to purchase anything at Bridgeport village today because of the aggressiveness and hostility of the security guards. They appear to have severe untreated mental health issues .They are very aggressive to customers trying to park. I have lived in the area for near two decades and been a customer of Bridgeport village spending thousands of dollars which pays the real estate persons and the security guards and I think that the Bridgeport village has hired some really aggressive hostile security guards to harm kind caring customer such as myself I also do others works in the community that support Bridgeport village so I am appalled that they treated me so aggressively and with hostility. The security guard is a tall Caucasian male. and the other aggressive one is severely over weight with obvious weight and health issues as well as obvious mental health issues. he is older with older grey hair. clearly these security guards have a lack of discipline and lack a much needed mental health evaluation and treatment .The warning signs are showing in the security guards behavior that the security guards have underlying unaddressed mental health issues. Thank goodness they are not allowed...

Today at 1115am I was in the Mac Store at Bridgeport Village. I was one of three customers in the store. One customer was having makeup applied by a sales associate and another customer was being checked out at the register. I was browsing for lipstick. After the sales associate finished checking out her customer she left the counter and went in the back room. At that time I had finished with my browsing, picked out two lipsticks that I wanted and waited patiently by the register. A new customer walked into the store and walked directly to the cash register, standing next to me. The sales associate, that was in the back room, finally appeared and began to help the other lady. I stood there with a shocked look on my face holding my two lipsticks. She looked at me, said, "Cute dress" and walked away. Neither of the sales girls ever helped me or asked if I had been helped. After about 10 minutes of me waiting for help I put my two lipsticks on the counter, approached the sales associate applying the makeup to the first customer, said excuse me, explained what had happened and she said ......"Oh, I am sorry" then continued with her customer.
I left the store and went over to Blue Mercury, spent $54.00 on two Nars lipsticks, and received excellent service.
My commitment is this, I will never step foot in that store again until you train your sales people to respect and service the customer. Right now the manager needs to step it up and teach each of their employees to greet new customers, ask who was next if there is a question, and make a customer feel...

I feel so lucky to live less than two miles from Bridgeport Village – it’s like having my own little slice of everything right at my doorstep! Seriously, this place has it all. Whether you need to get your phone or internet set up, snag some stylish new threads, or just meet up with friends for happy hour, it’s the ultimate one-stop destination.
The restaurant scene? Absolutely unbeatable. You can find just about any cuisine to satisfy your cravings, plus there’s always a good vibe with plenty of outdoor seating to soak up that fresh air. Whether I’m grabbing a quick bite or sitting down for a full meal, it feels like the perfect blend of energy and relaxation.
And the shopping? Fabulous! From Crate & Barrel to all the amazing boutiques, it’s retail therapy at its finest. Plus, the little plaza across the street has even more to offer, like the ever-classic Barnes & Noble. I swear you could spend an entire day here and still not hit everything.
I am definitely feeling a little bummed that McCormick & Schmick’s is leaving – that was our go-to spot for ages. It’s sad to see it go, but with so many other dining options, I guess it’s time to spread the love and try out some new places.
If I have one tiny gripe, it’s the parking situation. Unless you show up bright and early, it’s like a game of hide and seek to find a spot! But honestly, it’s worth the hassle because Bridgeport Village just has that unbeatable vibe and everything you could ever want in one spot.
Love living near this gem and can’t wait to see what new places...
