Crossroads Park LLC — Attraction in Tucson

Just a rude rude manager. Couldn't get off her cart and go in the office to talk to me. Her answers showed alot of assumption and a lot of character judgement. Mind you she only answered 2 questions but gave me plenty of reason NOT to live there. Reason 1: I asked about the 1 bedroom rent to own sign out front. She didn't let me finish when she heard rent and told me "first of all you said rent, we don't rent". Reason 2: I mentioned the sign out front and she said I couldn't live there because my 30 year old daughter and her 14 month old son were in the car (which is an old car). My daughter told her I was gonna be living there, not them. Reason 3: she said the rent was $640 but I had to be able to afford the upkeep too. How does she know how much money I have? Reason 4: but the very least reason I wouldn't want to live there, I asked if there were any available AND SURPRISE...

Oh I never got to buy the trailer that I most wholeheartedly wanted to buy there. I make over $900 Social Security. Plus my stocks, well that wasn't good enough, on top of it I have one eviction out of my whole rentle history and it wasn't for non-payment of rent it didn't matter to Carol it was a no from the beginning I was in her interviewing chair for an hour praying to God the woman would accept me she gave me every reason not to want to rent at crssroads she said it was up to the owner well I believe she's the owner. About a year ago I was inquiring on these. The property manager wanted to know everything about my life. She also mentioned I couldn't have alot of plants due water usage. Months later I inquired for my brother and he has enough money for rent, utilities etc but property manager said he didn't have enough money. Rent was only like $600 with utilities.
