Usually the only time i come here is for tucson meet yourself. This is a must attend event in my opinion. Even if you leave outside of tucson. Hundreds of thousands of people come here over 1 weekend.
The event is mainly for food and culture from all the different communitys in tucson: mexican, Brazilian, Chinese, Russian, Turkish (yes of course the turkish food is the best, shameless plug :D. )

There is an information center for visitors where helpful guides will give you an orientation to the city and maps you can take with you. There is also a small free exhibit and a gift shop as well as a water bottle fill station and clean public restrooms. Read moreThis is a cultural park, lots of beautiful architecture, statures and memorials but nowhere for little children to play. I visited this park on a Saturday. There was a water fountain. No public restrooms except for when the courthouse and surrounding businesses are open on the week days. Parking was difficult to find.
