Usually the only time i come here is for tucson meet yourself. This is a must attend event in my opinion. Even if you leave outside of tucson. Hundreds of thousands of people come here over 1 weekend. The event is mainly for food and culture from all the different communitys in tucson: mexican, Brazilian, Chinese, Russian, Turkish (yes of course the turkish food is the best, shameless plug :D. ) Cost: free entree Parking: anywhere in downtown, usually $10 Family friendly: big yes Month of event: every October Veggie options: yes all over Lest crowed time/ day: mornings/friday Most crowded time/day: evening/saturday

Located in the heart of downtown Tucson this a beautiful and educational spot to begin your tour of Tucson. There is the U of A gem and mineral showcase. The Tucson tourism bureau. An exhibit on the John Dillinger trial, located on the second floor. And a memorial to the tragic mass shooting on January 8th 2007. ADA access and bathrooms available, and a small food venue.

This is a great place to start your visit to downtown Tucson! There is an information center for visitors where helpful guides will give you an orientation to the city and maps you can take with you. There is also a small free exhibit and a gift shop as well as a water bottle fill station and clean public restrooms. There is a pretty little courtyard outside with covered areas where you can sit at tables and eat your lunch around a beautiful fountain is quiet and peaceful and very beautiful. if I had known, I would have parked in the Presidio garage before taking the free public transportation...

This is a cultural park, lots of beautiful architecture, statures and memorials but nowhere for little children to play. I visited this park on a Saturday. There was a water fountain. No public restrooms except for when the courthouse and surrounding businesses are open on the week days. Parking was difficult to find. The parking garage under the park is also not open on the weekends. The morning I visited it was full of transients. As an adult I loved the park it's self but I felt...
