If I could give this church no stars I would I paid $250 for a private baptism ceremony for my daughter because I wanted a special and private moment to remember and also because of covid I was beyond disappointed first of there was still a Quince going on people were still in there taking pictures and talking on there phones very loud so my ceremony I paid for was not private at all also they did not use the baptism alter my daughter got a kitchen bowl to be baptized in so I was so upset and then it took me 2 months to get her baptism certificate from the church and many visits to get them to fix all the mistakes they made on it all the names they spelled wrong and forgot the seal on it and the girls at the front desk were so rude every single time saying that it was just them doing everything and making excuses for why it took so long when they said it would be 2-3 weeks it took 2 months never did I get an apology for all this horrible service when I paid $250 for a less than 30 minute ceremony which I feel was ruined and cannot do again and was supposed to be a memorable moment for my family to watch my daughter be presented to the church so disappointed in this church save your money and go...

They may not be as fast as other churches about fulfilling religious document requests, but they will provide a thick paper document and place each record in an envelope for safe keeping. After all, the records usually have to be sent to another church if you're sponsoring a child. It does look professional to submit. My documents had a church stamp, a fresh signature, and an official church envelope to help prove authenticity to an out of state church. The religious documents can be ordered at the desk, provided that the religious event was performed at St. Augustine.... Price $5 each and copies need to be requested at the same time...
