NOT for children apparently. We were welcomed with open arms, and there is an exhibit at toddler height to slide 2 inch thick plexiglass animals back and forth, an interactive exhibit. However, apparently you are not allowed to slide the animals or press any buttons. We were rudely stared down and followed throughout the exhibit, asked to not to slide objects or press buttons. What are the buttons for? Laughter is not permitted as well. Really confusing and disappointing place, I can’t see how it represents Arizona well to visitors. Not a family...

I particularly liked the huge map with lights to show you where the Rivers flow and the Mountains that surround Tucson.
