Maru's Hair and Beauty — Attraction in Tucson

First time I went my haircut was great; got complements. This time, still Maru cutting, it's horrendous; it's so bad I was asked if I went to hair cutting school to get it. It was very odd the way she was cutting my hair; never experienced that method before, but figured she did a great job last time, but that time it wasn't the odd cutting method. Besides the horrible haircut, she wasn't there when I got there, another person was already there waiting for her. When she came in there was no acknowledgment of my LONG wait time, just a 'have to color her hair first' and walked away; I clearly did not matter to her at all. Asked for highlights! That's all. Appointment was 11 am. Arrived 10;50. Left at 5:15pm. Ridiculous! Without, asking she colored my hair. Prior, I had blonde highlights. I am a 61 year old and she gave me SILVER highlights! It looks like I have more gray hair than what I really do.
