WORST SEPHORA EVER. Seriously tho. I have been shopping at Sephora for a few years now and today 4/9/17 at 2:00PM at the Park Place location in Tucson, AZ I had the worst experience I have ever had. I walked in wanting to try the Estee Lauder double wear foundation, when I asked the associate "Sam L" if she carried it, she stated they did not but they had the Estee Edit line, when I was asking about the type of finish the foundation had she said it was dewy, I told her I was looking for matte. She asked what I was currently using and I told her I was using makeup forever stick foundation and she kept repeating "well thats not matte" after she did not let me finishing talking I told her I did not need assistance she she was being rude, when I asked her for her name she said her name was "louis". I walked up to the cashier to buy the ABH lip palette, when I was speaking with the cashier I asked if there was a manager on duty I could speak with about the sales associate "louis" or so I thought, she looked at me puzzled stating she did have a "louis" when I explained to her what she looked like and she told me the sales associate's name was actually "Sam L" and she was a manager. Which was shocking since she was very rude and was over talking me. I will not be shopping at Sephora going forward just because this one bad experience I had at this store, if it wasn't for the gift card I had I would of left, but I would like it to be known that Sam L from the park place location was by far the WORST interaction I have ever had at any Sephora location. Read moreMy favorite location! Not because of the size or what they carry, but because the staff is AWESOME. This staff is SO diverse & I'm talking in their experience & knowledge. They know where their strengths are & are well rounded all the way to close! They immediately who to ask to help me, not because I need a color match, but because I have a difficult skin tone.. they will bring me to someone who KNOWS this nuance & they're RECEPTIVE, instead of annoyed! Blush all looks more pink on me, so they bring me to their color theory expert! They don't mind asking someone about the formula if they don't know.. they're an actual genuine team & work with you as a peer. They're so special 💖 I truly feel excited about makeup again. They give advice when I feel like things clash in my makeup, tell me what to try & also what I'm doing right, in such a friend like way but objective. 🥰
I actually didn't know they were there, but disliked staff at Oracle so much that I have been shopping at.. the U orange labeled store for years 😂 But omg! So much new makeup, feels like I'm changing my wardrobe! And I truly couldn't be in better company with better advice!

Read moreGenuinely so upset with my experience here today I work in retail so I can understand that stuff happens but they didn’t strive to fix the situation and I lost $15 and didn’t even get to spend it on anything I wanted. I went in today and tried to purchase a summers Friday lip balm and went up to the register and tried to use my sephora gift card. Something happened with the register and it froze while I was trying to pay and I owed 10 dollars let’s do the math here 25-15=10. He calls his rep over and she just was like oh noooo and then calls a manager over and the whole time there talking about what perfume the rep is wearing like girl r we fr rn. THEN they start talking about what other size shirt an employee wears at this point I’m already extremely annoyed cause I’ve been in this damn sephora for 30 minutes. I got a life like I thought this was gonna be a 5 minute purchase. I’m patiently just standing there and they’re having their own little side conversations. Finally the computer turns on and lo and behold my gift card has a zero balance because of what had happened previously so the manager offers to call the help desk. Surprise I said no I spent already 45 minutes in this damn Sephora and I had other things I needed to do. They said they can’t offer me a refund but I could pay full price for this lip balm....
