park place mall starbucks... really quick, friendly, good customer service. we got 4 drinks total, a venti cookie crumble blended, very good! Its the only thing my daughter orders, chocolate and more chocolate, whipped cream and chocolate drizzle with cookie crumbles, kinda reminds me of oreos crushed. So yummy. I usually get 2 waters, ha, sounds funny huh, no, but really smart of me, for .25¢ I get a venti filtered ice water with the awesome sip lid (dont use the straw lids, ever again, no straws and go buy yourself the pretty reusable straws and save a whale, or sea lion, its the right thing to do!) And we save the venti cups n lid for on the go drinks... Can't believe I almost forgot to tell you the best part... Free whipped cream in little dog cups, for dogs, whether you have them with you or not and the dogs Luv it... Yes, Free! Go make yourself and your dogs...

Staff is rude, intolerant and follows their own rules. Went here following a night shift and the staff advised that if I didn’t pull my mask over my nose I would need to wait outside while they made my drink. She didn’t ask if I would she just told me it’s this or you go outside. So much for the “tolerant.” As an African-American healthcare worker I was shocked to be treated as though I had some disease and that Starbucks would employ people who discriminate and show any disregard for a civil conversation. All she had to do was ask-NOT threaten. Fortunately there are numerous Starbucks in the area so I took my money elsewhere. I will never go to this Starbucks again and neither should any American who believes in...

This is what I get from the chestnut where the heck is the whip cream… what makes me more mad is that I keep looking at my order online making sure I didn’t put no whip cream but it’s not me it’s you guys! And the only reason why I’m giving at one star is because one day I placed an online order and they left my drink on the side someone started it but didn’t even finish and I was there for another 30 minutes when I placed an online order I shouldn’t have to be waiting and all they were doing was blaming each other for it !!
