I don't know that it's fair to judge the Plaza at Williams Center on just one of the stores as but Sprint was why I had been there & definitely makes the downfall happened there to score them a 1! Some have great customer service & are very very nice but a lot of them are just really rude and act above you- but that's kind of typical as far as I've known that for over 12 years @ this sprint store! Sprint's customer service at the store gets a one since you have to score something but they would get a negative normally in my vote. So the reason I gave four stars is because everywhere else is pretty good at that I think as far as I know. As for the other stores I know of @ the Plaza the Seasoned Woman is an awesome store- little pricey but always awesome stuff! Score them 5 The Olive Garden can be pretty good. Never had blah tasting food or service there. Getting to be pretty pricey. Score them 4 FedEx is completely a waste unless you have to... Dont even try to go for a fax!! Local or not, say bye bye to an arm and/or a leg... plus the wait time is horrendous. Even with only few in the store it seemed to take forever for 2-3 people to help complete the process of the request. This is pretty much a self help store it seems. So confusing it all is. So on the brighter side for the plaza it is always very well maintained and kept up there's no litter there's not usually any bad company around on site. Score them 1 I am not too familiar on the other stores so I can't really say too much more about the Plaza at Williams Center. I suppose I have subtracted one point for the plaza because of bad choice and having the Sprint store there as long as they have... but i guess they gotta...
Read moreThere's a guy who works in this building that drives a black Audi. He blocked the entrance the other day. That meant no one could visit any of the shops from the east entrance of the complex. I got breakfast elsewhere after nearly getting into a crash with a different truck, which was backing out at high speed because of blocked access. Report back with a picture of that guy and his Black Audi SUV being fired, and I'll update the review. Awful behavior. There's no excuse to block a driveway.
Usually, the Williams Center is a place of distinction, where people muster a little extra class. I had breakfast there this morning. I took a...
Read moreNot many businesses open and if they are you must obey by the social distancing rules but I'm totally okay with that. So it kind of did but it seems like it'd be nice plaza normally, or nicer I should say. You've got the only Sprint store open in Tucson here, a baggins gourmet sandwich shop, the Olive Garden, and a fed Ex that I know are open as I can see consumers entering and leaving. There are however many more businesses I'm just not sure if they're open because I wasn't here to see them and I didn't check it out. So if you are a Sprint customer and need assistance, thank God there is still one store open...
