Cielo Mystic Spiritual Shop — Attraction in Union City

i first found the shop through tiktok and followed that and their instagram. they post the tiktoks and on their story to educate people about the different mystic practices. i ordered a libyan desert glass tektite online and i have nothing but an amazing review. the staff responded to my direct message very fast and answered all of my questions (there were a lot) with an educated and kind answer. lovely communication. i was weary about ordering a tektite online and especially with the pandemic shipping. my order arrived a week after it was placed. there was a handwritten address label (i just thought it was personal and so cute), a handwritten thank you note which was also personal, the tektite was in a beautiful little yellow sachet, and they even gave an incense stick to cleanse and i opened the package to the the smell of palo santo wood. they even offered to wrap the tektite for free as either a ring or pendent. i asked for a ring and honestly it really beautiful. each piece is unique and wrapped in store and you can see examples on their instagram and tiktok page. i will forever give this place a 5 star and as soon as the borders open i’m going to drive down and blow all my money...

I only found about Cielo Mystic a few months ago, but today, Thursday, July 1, 2021, was the first opportunity I had to actually visit.

I was pleasantly surprised to discover a store in the back. Incidentally, Cielo Mystic merchandise is only payable in their part of the store; whereas the merchandise in the back part of the store is only purchasable in that back part of the store.

If memory serves, Cielo Mystic celebrates their 5th Anniversary this year, and the back part of the store celebrates their 3rd Anniversary this year.

Both stores have a large selection of Crystals, Crystal jewelry, Crystal spheres, etc. In addition, both sections have an extensive selection of Incense and Magickal Herbs.

I must admit, I was so excited to see a Metaphysical store in Union City, NJ again, that I really did not pay attention to the prices. When I return, I shall make sure to remember to do that.

The customer service was excellent. The people that work here definitely know how to give a customer "service with a smile." Also, because Union City, NJ, has a large Hispanic population, the two employees with whom I interacted speak Spanish and English.

It's a wonderful place! I definitely recommend it for the curious, the well established and the bored. It's a very welcoming environment located near several transportation spots such as the Hudson Bergen Light Rail and local bus lines. Parking is easy to find since it is near two lots. The shop is opened longer than most places and is very inviting overall. The staff is top notch and very inviting to anyone looking for something or even casually passing by. The inventory is vast and custom orders are welcomed by the well trained and knowledgeable staff. Very economically priced as well compared to the city and buying online. Whether you are looking for crystals, incense, plants, jewelry or anything in between the realm of the strange and mystical, I highly suggest paying them a visit. You might just discover a new treasure. Ask for Jasmine, she is an absolute doll and will take care of all needs.
