Parking can be a bit of a hassle due due to irregular lots and angles. Lots of transients, even during the day -- last visit there was a transient laying on the ground clearly in need of dome typw of assistance and was blocking a fast food drive through. When I informed the fast food manager on duty, they stated "yeah, we know but we don't want to get involved...." Also, very close to high schools so afternoons can be very busy and make for hectic driving since the students just walk wherever they please (including directly into traffic) without looking or yielding right b of way. Just across the street is another stip mall with Safeway, Starbucks, Dollar Tree, CVS [I think] and many more stores/restaurants on that corner. There is also a Chevron gas station.
