Update: We ordered a beautiful hand-crafted dining room table and chairs from Vancouver Woodworks recently and are absolutely thrilled with the quality and craftsmanship from this Amish company. The furniture was delivered and assembled with care today and service is always exceptional! The table is quarter-sawn oak and the chairs have a beautiful inlay that make them look like they are Mission-style antiques. While I’ve never been in here, I frequent the other six businesses that share a lot regularly. Every time Vancouver Woodworks, a store that seemingly never has anyone in it, gets a delivery of furniture they’ve purchased wholesale to resell here, they block the entire entrance to the lot. This costs five other businesses to lose money and frustration for patrons. I understand that a truck doesn’t have many places to park, however it would be extremely simple for them to just move their box truck to the other set of spaces while the semi blocks the main access so that cars can go around the truck. Yet they create a blockade so that no one can get through the main entrance to access HR Block, Bishops, Victoricos, Black Rock or the nail salon.
