The costomer service was good the hairdresser was sweet and tryed to make me comfortable. That said the quality was not as what expected and doesn't Match the price tag. I had very long hair and asked for long layers with highlights to cover my grays and cut that essentuate my face. It looked ok when she was done after she curled my hair but later in a day my curls were gone and I started noticing that there were no layers some uneven layers in a front the hair cut was cut the same length where the layers needed to be. I don't mind the shorter cut though but I've noticed most grays were not covered uneven coloring where it looks like I out grew my color even that was able to be hidden but there were strans of hair sticking out that needed to be fixed the cut is uneven which is known for layers but it wasn't layers its more like uneven cut. I am disappointed in how my hair feels it feels very dry even though I believe she put deep condition although I don't think that was done because usually with deep condition u let it sit under warm dryer to absorb in hair for couple of minutes. My hair is usually curly when it's conditioned and very soft but my hair looks thin and ruf or it could be the quality of hair productsthe solon is using. Im going to have to re due my hair by another salon when I can and hope there's not much damage. My hair grows fast so I'm not worried I'm just disappointed on how the more experienced hairdressers there couldn't maybe say let me see if I can help u out instead of trying to say it looks amazing. Even the waxing center asked me if I was going to do my hair before my trip. I underwent Brazilian straightening treatment at this salon, with the assurance that my hair would remain frizz-free for six months. However, after only 72 hours, almost all of my hair reverted to its original state after a single wash. This outcome was unacceptable, given the substantial investment of $320 and three hours.

Upon returning to the salon, I was offered a complimentary express Brazilian treatment, but with a significantly reduced expected duration of only four weeks. Moreover, I was required to pay an additional $45 for preparatory shampoo and blow-dry services. This experience has led me to question the efficacy of the treatment and the salon's professionalism.

I can't say enough about this place. You feel welcome as soon as you walk into the boutique area. The atmosphere makes you feel right at home. As you look around the place is clean and professional. You enter the salon area and everyone looks to really enjoy what they do. Smiles fill the room. Everyone seems to really enjoy what they are doing.
