Worst experience of my life, bought a life time warranty to an item that literally broke the day I took it home. Brought it in the next day and they sent it out to get it “fixed”. That was in the beginning of 2020. After months of calling back and being told “the manager wasn’t in” every single time, to get an update about my broken jewelry, (and trust me I was very patient because of the Covid circumstances I understood that a lot of places were closed) they said they couldn’t honor the warranty. Instead of fixing my item, they kept it, and gave me store credit for less then what I originally paid. Saying they could only give me credit for the jewelry and not the $99.99 warranty. It would make sense that under the circumstances they should make an exception and give you the warranty to the new item you pick, because it isn’t your fault that they can’t fix it. After months of not being able to redeem that credit in the location closest to me, I had to come in to the original store (which is 8 hours away from me) to figure things out and redeem my credit. I was basically pressured into picking something out then and there from what they have in store because you want your money’s worth after waiting for so long. I got an estimate saying I needed to pay $115 and some change out of pocket because it’s worth more. It was a scam for another lifetime warranty. Without telling me that estimate included another lifetime warranty for $99.99 I paid $100 over price, when in reality I just needed to pay $15 something out of pocket. Thankfully we noticed on the receipt and demanded my money back. If you are shopping here never sign without making sure what you are paying for. The estimate they gave me “with the added discount from their sale” and “price difference” from my store credit included the lifetime warranty that they didn’t tell me about. I loved the original product I picked out, I feel cheated and humiliated because I had to basically beg for my rightful property, and then got scammed AGAIN. You would think that if they know the first lifetime warranty they originally gave you they couldn’t honor, whatever the circumstances are, that they would bother to ask you if you wanted another warranty, instead of secretly adding it to your bill without telling you. Worst part is when we came back to ask for my money back they were whispering amongst themselves like you’re the one stealing from them instead of acknowledging their own mistake and apologizing to me for putting me in the situation that they did. Will never recommend this place to anyone and will never buy...

Read moreI needed a duplicate receipt to be reimbursed for a necklace that was stole while staying at a hotel. I contacted Kevin Jewelers by phone and was told it was unknown if they could email me the receipt and would check and call me back. They never called back and when I called they said they could not email it to me, but would mail it to me. I see no difference and there unwillingness to help was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I have purchased jewelry from them on several occasions and was not expecting to be treated so horribly. If you are in the market for jewelry just know Kevin Jewelry does not provide customer service as simple as emailing a duplicate receipt and would rather make you come into the store. They said it was to protect my personal information, but that was a lie, because the only information on the receipt is my name. I was then provided with a customer service phone number that went to voicemail every time...
