L.A Stereo & window tint — Attraction in Victorville

My experience was not as great as everyone else's first they didn't order the face plate so I had to drive for a few days with a crappy looking install, then tried to upsell me on a backup camera claiming that there was no way to make my factory camera to work, that was BS. I am dealing with a shop of real professionals and yes my back up camera works. I felt like if I asked questions I was bothering them and they were glad to see me go. There are far better choices than these guys.

Well it gets better, UPDATE......nothing if more fun than driving down the road with passengers in the car and you're nice new expensive stereo just dies, yeah unacceptable! I drove 1.5 hours for this mess! I wish I didn't waste my valuable time going all the way up there, now I have an expensive stereo that works once in a while, I don't want these idiots touching my car again! I know have to pay more money to fix this mess! I really don't know how these guys are still in business, and why people think this kind of service is great, am I too picky expecting stuff to work after paying over $1200? My next upgrade will be done anywhere but here. I also didn't appreciate having to change my phone number and move to a different location as I fear for my safety, why you ask, I've gotten phone calls and texts asking me to removing my review, this is not an ethical business that does this, so I've moved to a different city and changed my number. I wonder how many of these 5 stare reviews are not influenced by these guys, an honest business doesn't have to intimidate its customers. I'm glad I moved and they can't find me this is scary,...

This stereo shop offers a very quick and affordable means of purchasing and installing a sound system without sacrificing the quality of the work done on the job. They offer financing for those who don't have the necessary cash on hand to fully pay for their speakers and stereo systems they have the most popular brands ie. Infinity, Pioneer, Alpine, etc. The staff are all very kind and helpful. They all seem to have a very in depth knowledge of their product and are willing to help you out. Personally they installed a Pioneer AVIC-X930BT for me in a Ford Ranger and the radio works well. They put a working fascia piece in for me so because they didn't have the exact one i needed on hand at the time so that i could have my radio and put the correct piece on order having told me to come by the next day to get it (the correct piece) installed free of charge. I went back the next day and they had said my order had not come in, but for my inconvenience they offered to give me a free pair of speakers. This in it self is very generous. I never would have expected to have such an amazing experience at a stereo shop. This place will defiantly be earning my business and the of my family and friends...

Horrible job. I would not recommend this place to anyone. They left their leftover tint thrown in my car as if it was a trash can. The air bubbles are still there after a whole week! Also, (WITH ME FOLLWING THE RULES OF NOT LOWERING THE WINDOWS FOR 3 DAYS) there is a bunch of scratches on the drivers side window tint. On top of that, they left water stains UNDER my 3rd brake light. Really!? Now I have to remove it to clean up the mess that they left. Though the worst thing to happen from this experience was that not only was I there for 4 hours for a 40 minute job, a customer came in for the same tint job I wanted 2 hours after I was already there AND THEY LEFT BEFORE ME! WHY!? Were they even working on my car!? How can that person possibly come 2 hours after me for THE SAME JOB AND STILL LEAVE BEFORE ME?? Last thing, (pretty sure I’m forgetting more) whoever was working on my car unplugged my iphone charger and just threw it on the passenger floor. What could it have possibly cost that person to plug it back in when done? I have pictures of proof of ALL OF THESE and I could even bring it...
