A few months ago I bought a table through acima financing. Issac was my salesman. He was perfect. He was super helpful and I love my table. Its fits in my kitchen perfectly: He was super patient was me. Then he walked me over to Vicki who helped me step by step with my acima approval. She was super nice. Broke down my payments for me & answer all my questions. My table came in two days. I just loved it . I knew I was coming back. Now I paid my table off and wanted to go by me a couch through acima again. Today I go in to meet with Isaac again. He shows me all the couches super helpful once again and I Needed to finish my Acima application fully because all I had did so far was the preapproval. He took me over there to this black lady name, NIKKI who does the financing for Acima. Right off the bat she has this nasty attitude, Isaac couldn’t even finish his questions because she talking over him. She had a very distasteful Hostile demeanor with curt responses. No professionalism whatsoever. I Automatically knew I was not about to work with her. I am so shocked to see her being in customer service when she has no customer service skills. So after I found the couch that I wanted, I asked Isaac what time would Vicki Be here today so I could come back. He goes over there and ask her And she tells him the time and says it’s the same Guidelines, whether she does it or Vicki does it. No one asked her about the guidelines. I wasn’t about to go to her because of her attitude and how nasty she was and I am so shocked That no one has complained about her before because If I came in at 10am and that’s how she acts that’s tells me that she has done this before. Read moreTerrible. I was warned about this place. I ordered a couch & console. Console was being delivered at a later date due to it needing to be ordered. When I purchased items I was asked if I wanted a window for the delivery. During the WK I could request 6:30-11:30 am. Couch came at time within window. Console arrived after window, which I explained when purchasing that I work early afternoon hrs into evening. Console arrived after window which caused me to be late. Plus it was damaged. So I was told that I had to schedule a service to have someone come & repair both doors to console. Service guy comes & says he could not fix it. Parts would not help, because you could tell it was dropped probably before the delivery. So after speaking to Cust Svc rep that I'm waited for a 3rd time & now need to schedule a 4th time that I need a morning appt. Since I have been inconvenienced yet again. They can request the morning appt. Now I get a text they are coming 3:30-6:30 pm for the 4th time. Its pretty disappointing that the delivery guys knew they dropped it. Which explains why they were checking the door & then I noticed other door was off hinges. Please do not go with Bob's furniture. They can't even get me a morning appt after now going on 4th time to wait for them. Shame on the delivery guys as well. The salesman should not be offering window appts when they say they have them & Cust Svc says they don't. Read moreThis is the worst place to shop for furniture… They have the laziest… most uninterested sales people I have ever experienced in my life! I walk in the store and I see 5 salespeople.. right in the isle.. one lady is actually lounging on the furniture staring into space. A guy who was less than 4 feet from me completely ignored me…as I’m staring at them to see who would ask if I needed help. I’m guessing the other 3 were managers… two of them looked back at me as I entered the door and walked in and they glanced at me. I guess I didn’t look like I was spending any realllll money.. and they turned their backs without even saying Hello… Welcome to Bob’s furniture. I felt so ignored and unimportant by all of them. I should’ve walked right back out… But my grandchildren were coming to spend the weekend and I had thrown out my old sofa and needed one right away. The commercials are cute but nothing compared or came close to my experience. I brought the sofa and the sales person never even told me the sofa could be taken apart to fit it into a apartment.. so the movers spent over a hour trying to fit the sofa through the door and figured it out after a part unhinged itself once in the doorway. Now I have hand prints and sweat all over my couch. 🤮Thanks alot…Bob sales folks.. for taking my money and not giving me (any) real service.. And no..
