So far so good the wife loves her new phone. She says there are no issues. Glad they were able to work with me on my trade in iPhones. The European American lady with the blonde hair was really nice. They need to keep her she is a charm.

Wife didn’t have the phone a year before it started acting up. Phone was a piece of Garbage. They didn’t properly erase the phone. Put SIM card in and the and the phone refuse to accept it from T-Mobile. Kept telling the wife it was a Verizon phone. They told us it was unlocked but it was a piece of Garbage! The phones’s functions wouldn’t work. Wife would get another call and couldn’t even click over without the phone hanging up on the other caller. Stylus pen wouldn’t work when she needed it. Apps would randomly crash. The phone locked her out and she had to literally erase precious data just to do a factory reset of the phone. I would avoid this place there phones are lemons and don’t last a year... Smh head..... These guys are great!! I knew what I was looking for (Galaxy Note 5) and what my budget was. I had searched online for months and didn't see it in my range. My plan was just to wait, but decided to check out Code Red. If they had one in stock, I would be able to physically hold and touch and make sure this was the phone I wanted when I went to purchase online. Mo, asked my budget and wanted to see me walk away happy with the phone I wanted. I paid a little over my intended budget, but walked away with so much more than if I had waited and purchased online. Got the phone I wanted, with a screen protector and a case and with absolute respect for the workers at this establishment. do not let this shop fool you with its fair price of phone screen replacement. The first time I had my screen fixed here, iPhone 8+, the screen protector peeled off within a few days and while in my pocket, minimal impact from my keys etc caused the screen to crack again. The cracking process continued so rapidly that my phone ended up non functional after less than two weeks of being fixed. I took it back and after explaining my issues, I was met with hostility from the man running the shop. I was only given a discount on the 2nd screen, and within a day of it being fixed and having it back, my home button was no longer functional, and my phone now gets stuck on the reboot screen for 12+ hours if it dies.
