3 words to describe this Chipotle: Skimp, Skimp, and Skimp. This used to be my favorite Chipotle as it had a great balance of quality and portion size. Now however, fans of the Charles Dickens classic " A Christmas Carol" will feel right at home because I think this place is run by Scrooge these days. I've gotten skimped at multiple Chipotle locations here and there. Its sort of an unfortunate gamble every time you go to get it. But this location does it more frequently than I think is acceptable. I've been eating it for years and this is the only location where I actually had to ask for more meat because the servers idea of a portion size was for that of a house cat or a similarly sized animal. His response was simply "If I give you any more I'll have to charge you for a double" Got it. Awesome. Id love to say this was an isolated incident but far from it. I would say its 50/50 for you getting an employee that will treat you like a human or one that treats you like a farm animal lining up to eat. They slog your food down the line in an attempt to get you out faster with some employees assuming you want things like lettuce. When you ask for extra they give you their definition of it and pass your food down without asking if that is enough for you. When I say extra cheese I mean extra cheese not just one little pinch. I watched a documentary about the horrors of sweat shop labor and those people honestly looked more upbeat than some of the employees here. Now a lot of this may seem harsh but since the Summer of 17 this place has almost constantly given me sub par or even terrible portions and service. Id say the ratio is about 1:12 for a good trip to this one. The food is always good. Always. I have never had a bad burrito or bowl here. Read moreI Went to this location to get my husband and self two bowls to go I got steak he got chicken, I had returned home almost 9 pm hungry and TIERD after a 12 hr shift to find hair in my steak bowl ,so I put the lid back on it kept my receipt, put the bowl back in the bag &Waited until the (next) afternoon to bring it back ,and upon my arrival met with the manager named (Alexa )at least that’s what she said, on my refund receipt it says( Kayla) so if her name was Alexa she went into the draw using another employees name which is wrong, anyhow I told her I had hair inside my bowl and I brought back my receipt along with the food, she proceeds to open the bowl right in front of the cash register in front of A line of Customers!!! embarrassed ,I asked “ is there a reason your opening the bowl? She then tells me “ I wanted to make sure it was steak and not chicken ! At that point I was so fed up, first of all she never even apologized for my Inconvenience, secondly how dare you question someone who not only brought back a receipt but also the product? And final how do you have time to open up a container that could have contained any Grosse specimens over a counter where food is served ?that Has to be unsanitary And against their food regulations. I asked her was my word not good enough? Was me bringing the food back not good enough? With me having my receipt in hand not good enough? Or are you getting paid to go above and beyond to embarrass your customers? Whoever made her a manager should be ashamed i’ve never been so embarrassed and angry and frustrated all in one in my whole life !!!!!!!!😔she truly should be reprimanded for her actions, needless to say I will never return back to that location and I hope this stop someone else from going to that...
Read moreThis locations closes at 11, i walked in at 10:25ish confused because the line was closed. Wasn’t in there for more than a minute or two and the lady asked someone for the name of their order. i guess he wasnt loud enough so she repeated the question and when he wasnt loud enough a second time she yelled “I CANT HEAR YOU COME CLOSER, ALL OF YOU COME CLOSER” i stood by the door and put in a mobile order because from what i understood thats all they were doing. A few seconds after i put in the mobile the same lady yelled at a coworker “how are they doing this, mobiles are supposed to stop at 10:35” i checked the time, it was 10:29. ive stopped at a chipotle 15 minutes before close and they still serviced me with the line open, im not sure why this location isnt doing the same. She proceeded to complain to a coworker while prepping orders. another customer said something along the lines of, “please don’t fight me i wanna make sure my order is right.” the fact a customer feels the need to say “dont fight me” shows how aggressive the lady was. the other two employees ignored her rude comments and kept it pushing as they probably wanted to go home too. she probably wasted more time complaining than if she were to just do her job. she was VERY unprofessional and rude to every customer in the store. anyways, ill spend my money elsewhere when i eat a...
