Mike at the Pickerington store is a true professional and a pleasure to shop with. I walked in and said, "I'm not a runner but I'm going to start," and he helped an overweight guy with flat feet find the perfect shoes. We tried on several pairs from different brands, found the right size for me, and talked through all my stupid beginner running questions.

I brought my wife back later that day, and Mike took her through the same process with her totally different situation... she always has trouble finding shoes because her feet are relatively narrow, but Mike helped her find the perfect running shoes by listening to her concerns and guiding her to the right fit for her feet and preferences.

We can't say enough good things about Mike and Columbus Running Company....

My wife and myself were looking to get a new shoes for the gym workouts our old shoes just did not seem right , not knowing any thing about what shoe would be right for us , I told my wife we should try Columbus running company since it was local not knowing what to expect. Terrible customer service and lack of product. Sat in the store for 15-20 minutes before being assisted or even acknowledged by staff. There were other customers staff were assisting which is expected and understandable, but for two staff to be assisting one customer choose shoes while having other customers waiting for 15-20 minutes is ridiculous. When a third worker finished with there customer he came over and assisted me while his two co workers were still working with a single customer. I told the worker my size for a bondi 8 and the smallest size they had in men’s were 10…… Terrible service and lack of product. Go to another Columbus Running Company store, avoid this...
