UPDATE the Manager returned my call and she apologized and offered to take my daughter around in the store to find make up but the experience was so horrible for my daughter we will never come back
This is what I sent to Ulta Beauty Customer Service today, This trip was made with my 14 yo daughter whom wears makeup, I do not. One of your associates walked passed my daughter who was five feet in front of me and the associate asked if I needed help, but not my daughter, extremely unprofessional. Even though my daughter is 14, she is still a customer and should be treated like one. At the register the associate asked my daughter for her number, the associate did not hear and my daughter politely corrected her, the associate used an annoyed tone with my daughter. This entire shopping trip made my daughter feel extremely uncomfortable and I think Ulta Beauty needs to realize and acknowledge that a 14 yo should be treated as a customer. My daughter and I will not be returning to this Ulta Beauty store again, because my daughter does not deserve to feel uncomfortable, in her words stupid or discriminated against because of her age while shopping in your store. I considered Ulta Beauty a professional higher end store until today, it is very unacceptable that my daughter was made to feel this way while shopping as a customer in your store today. Read moreI went in on 12/14/18 to purchase some Christmas gifts. I went to the register to pay and the cashier had me insert my chip twice. She said the first time didn’t go through. I went to check my bank statement and come to find they charged me $141.70 two times! I called an hour later to have it refunded and was tolled to go into the store to have it returned. I did so, after about 3 attempts of speaking to different employees and being given the run around someone said “we’re sorry, this happens a lot! We’ll have it fixed for you shortly”. After 3 days they completely shut me out and said they can no longer help me as their records don’t show my transactions. I feel they intentionally stole the money and I will be desputing the charge with my bank as well as filing a police report for theft. They knew exactly what they were doing and I’d suggest anyone who goes there pay cash!! These people handled this horribly and were to the point of disrespectful towards the end of me pushing the issue. With Christmas so close I’m out of that money and they won’t even try to help, they’ve dismissed the whole thing stating they don’t see the transaction on their end. My bank clearly said the store had taken the money from my card already, these women are very sneaky and caniving and probably do this on a regular. Please advise! Check your statements...

I got my hair done back in April and I went in with full trust because when i first got my hair highlighted , i went to them and the lady did it perfectly! but this experience was a literal 0/10. first he didn't dye my hair the right color, it's lighter than what i showed him. second the front part of my hair, after he was done, was so patchy. it didn't look like highlights at all! he kept covering up the fact it looked bad from the front and kept saying "omg you're going to LOVE this color". it just looked like he splatted the color on my hair without any effort. after he wanted to curl my hair, and i told him not to give me tight curls just like loose a beach wave curls, and he said "oh yeah girl! i wouldn't send you with ugly tight curls!" .. but proceeds to do tight curls!! i had to go back and get my front fixed fixed. the girl did a great job when she fixed it but now, after two months, i noticed that as my roots are growing out, my highlights from the back look SO UNEVEN!! some strands are longer than others. i wouldn't recommend the guy to anyone that goes to ulta!! changing my hair salon...
