Mattress Now - Wake Forest Store — Attraction in Wake Forest

I visited Mattress Now to look for a new mattress and adjustable base after reviewing mattresses and bases online. I did not want to purchase without seeing and testing the mattress in person (due to reading reviews about lengthy and potentially costly return's processes). The one brand I saw online was shown to have these mattress in store at Mattress Now. I was thrilled to learn that there was one nearby. I went into the store and met Taylor. She was very informative about the different options, based on the type of mattress I wanted/needed. There was no high pressure sales tactics (which is a big issue for me). I left the store to THINK about this purchase and within less than 30 minutes, decided I would purchase. The bed and frame that I wanted were both in stock. I went back to finalize the purchase and had my items delivered the next day (they were not delivered that day because I wanted a little time to get things moved and cleaned in the room where the bed and frame would be delivered). I received good pricing on the purchase and I am thrilled so far with the products. I was glad to purchase from a local family owned business rather than a big box store. When I decided I needed a new mattress, I was overwhelmed with all the brands, options and features. I did some research online and came up with a shortlist, but knew I wanted to test them in person. Mattress Now carried the brands (particularly Avocado) that I was interested in, so that's where I went. Chris (one of the owners) was very helpful and knowledgeable - he really educated me about the different brands, constructions, pros and cons. In his small Brier Creek store he didn't have the combination (mattress + topper) that he recommended based on my input, so he suggested I visit their larger Wake Forest store. There I found his daughter Taylor, who was equally helpful, and allowed me to test different mattresses and combinations to my heart's content. I ended up buying the Avocado with 2" topper, and I can't wait for it to arrive.

Nearly all the best mattresses needed to be ordered online, UNTIL I learned about Mattress Now! They had all the high rated mattresses in their store and we could actually lie on them and see what worked best for us. Taylor was the store assistant/mattress guru who helped us understand all the respective benefits of the different brands and choices. So we bought our Puffy mattress at the same price as online, and Mattress Now will deliver and set up the mattress for us, and remove our old and worn out mattress and box spring. I cannot be thankful enough for the store in Wake Forest with all the options they provided, Taylor who knew how to help us, and the set up services they provide.
