I am ONLY giving a 5 star review because I was helped by Sarah when I went to get a few things printed out for my baby shower. She was so sweet and patient and helped me figure out what would be best for what I needed. She was super fun to work with and made the experience awesome. If she hasn't gotten a raise she definitely needs one. She did awesome and was able to help me print things, since it was my first time using Canva templates I was a little confused on how it would print, but she walked me through it and explained everything super well! SARAH IS AMAZING!
Unfortunately, I had originally come in a couple days prior to get the items printed and probably the rudest person I've ever encountered "helped" me. I had questions on the sizing and types of paper and I was hoping to get a little help. The store was not busy and the girl immediately walked up to me with an attitude. She kept interrupting me as I was trying to explain what it was I was looking for and with every interruption the attitude got worse. I eventually had to blow up on her and as soon as I did her face went red as if she wasn't expecting someone to actually call her out on her nasty attitude. I ended up just leaving the store because it was obvious she was not going to be of any help. I am fairly tech savvy and also not an idiot, and she was treating me like it was my first day on Earth. I AM PRETTY SURE IT'S YOUR JOB TO ANSWER QUESTIONS ABOUT PRINTING??? OR AM I WRONG?? I almost did not come back but I am glad I did because Sarah ended up helping me and everything worked out. But the other girl was awful and when I walked in to pick up my order a day later, the rude girl was there and saw me and whispered something to her other coworker and went to the opposite side of the counter and kept staring at me. She better be glad I was in a rush because on top of the terrible first interaction I had with her, she had the nerve to go whisper about me to the other coworkers like I couldn't tell what was happening. I understand it can be frustrating when customers aren't super sure of what they need, but the attitude and interrupting was completely uncalled for and almost made me write off this Staples location completely. I have worked in customer service jobs and I know its not the best time in the world but there's no way I would have ever spoken to a customer like that especially if they weren't even being rude. I feel bad for any elderly people that come in asking questions to that girl because I'm sure they get berated too. AGAIN, SARAH WAS AWESOME,...

The customer service lacks all year round ONLY at this staples, not just around the holidays. I don’t care what the staples guy Luke or whatever his name was said to us today..
Every single time I try to space out my visits here to give it another try hoping for a different experience... It never is any better. This’ll be my last time coming here. The problem with that is that this location is the closest for me to visit. I don’t even mind the extra drive to others anymore…
For the experience problem: My family and I went here this evening they treated us like pure trash. We didn’t do anything wrong, we waited a few minutes for someone to acknowledge us. We then said something to them, they gave a bland response instead of saying “we’ll be right with you.” Someone from the back of the store in another department came to help because he saw the line behind us starting to form. Shaking my head.. We asked him if he worked in this department to help us, he said “no..” We appreciated him for doing that for us. We then proceeded to ask about his coworkers in the front not batting an eye to acknowledge us at least, and he of course defended them as we expected him to.
I’m writing this review to tell you to be careful shopping here or doing anything here in general. You might get superb customer service, or you may not. Goodbye retail drive staples you will not have to EVER worry about me again. Thanks for providing the worst...
   Read moreI went into Staples today in Wake Forest to purchase a chair for my desk. There’s two chairs that are displayed on the sales floor. They do not have anymore in stock, but they are selling the chairs on the sales floor : selling the display floor model. I asked if the chairs on the sales floor are for sale since you don’t have anything in stock and Why are you guys charging me a $20 assembly fee. I understand that that’s your policy but this chair has been sitting out for everyone. You guys don’t give discounts on chairs that are floor models. Chris told me that it’s someone had to put the chair together. The communication couldve been better and less dismissive. Something needs to be done and I did call into Customer Service and I spoke to Lynn reference number to our conversation is 01628562. My issue is I could’ve walked away buying a $300 chair. You guys don’t have anything in stock and instead of waiving the $20 assembly fee. You gave me hell for it for me to call in and then for you and Lynn to discuss it and then for you to say you’ll wave it now I’m all the way home and now you want to waive the fee when I was present you should’ve done it then I would’ve bought both chairs for $600 Instead I’m walking away not...
