So this is gonna be a pretty lengthy review Being that my pain has been going on since March of 2020. Long story short I have been in pain since I was in a car accident from somebody being negligent and not paying attention March 3rd of 2020. I never thought my life would be the same and finally after many many doctors many appointments exercises nutrition everything imaginable under the sun to try to help me I lived with numbness on my left side and I was content that I was gonna live the rest of my life that way. I can't tell you how many doctors and specialists i went to that said they could fix me and help me and it never got better. Then in October the pain came back but this time on my right side and it was so excruciating that I had talks with God that I would be okay if I did not wake up in the morning because how was anybody going to fix the pain that I was in after all the doctors I had seen over the previous almost 4 years. I knew I would not get injections I knew I would not do a surgery or live on pain meds so I started to do research and I found Dr. DUDUM. His staff was amazing and so quick to respond and get me set up for an mri and start a treatment plan. I was skeptical even though I knew what I was seeing and hearing seemed logical but again if you knew how many doctors over the years I have seen that could not fix me you would understand. I have been under Dr. Dudam and his awesome staff's treatment since November 30th for spinal decompression And it is working. Everybody's injuries and treatment is going to be different and yes you get frustrated sometimes hearing how someone maybe had 4 appointments and they're already better but you have to stick with it and just give it time, trust the process. Since April 20th I have not had to take any type of pain medication or anti flammatory no advil no Tylenol no aleve Nothing for pain whatsoever. I could not sit for more than 5 minutes I could not stand for more than 5 minutes sleeping was a struggle. I could not do any household chores even showering was painful I couldn't walk my dog I couldn't go on a walk myself I couldn't exercise I couldn't work in my garden I was an agony every minute of every day. I could not even put my pants or shoes on without tears in my eyes. Today I am 95% Better and I'm so excited for the end result. I walk 2 miles a day, work on my garden, wear my high heels. I had a great experience at Dudum Chiropractic!

Earlier this year I experienced severe back pain which then caused even worse sciatic pain. It was so bad I couldn't stand, sit or lay down without being in extreme pain. At night was the absolute worst. My leg felt like it was on fire and I couldn't sleep. I couldn't work, or do household chores for months.

After xrays and MRIs It was determined to be caused by a bulging disc, I was given nerve medications by my dr, physical therapy and steroid epidural injections and absolutely nothing helped.

I had a consult with a spine surgeon who said they can help but there was a high likelihood that it would happen again, to which he spelled out I could likely need 3 surgeries and end up with a fused spine.

I didn't want to go through the surgery but I knew I couldn't live with the pain the rest of my life. Now at 3 months in I was googling the name of the surgery when an ad for Dudum Chiropractic popped up offering spinal decompression and I decided to make an appointment.

I felt an improvement after only a few visits! I couldn't believe it. It definitely wasn't a straight line from debilitating pain to pain free. My pain and discomfort was constantly changing from the onset, and recovery was no different but I did recover. I am not 100% healed yet and I don't know if I ever will be, but I am at least 95% better today than the day I started treatment.

The office is nice, bright and clean and I have never met a friendlier staff. Every single one of them is so welcoming and kind and made you feel comfortable.
