A propane exchange on Monday June 3, 2024 took me close to half an hour to get. After the cashier Victoria, who had an attitude the moment I walked towards the customer service to pay for the exchange, checked me out, I stood by the lottery machine for over 15 minutes before an employee came to assist me. He ended up not being able to exchange it for me and had to wait outside in the heat for another 4 minutes as he told me he was going to get a manger to come open and exchange it for me. I walked back into the store and he seemed to have forgotten all about me after I waved at him to get his attention. Finally, Victoria, still with a frown on her face and a bad attitude, walked past me and then stopped at the door, turned, and told me to follow her. After I got my new propane, she didn’t have the decency and professionalism to apologize for taking over 20 minutes of my time. I just grabbed it and off I headed towards my car. These people need some serious training on how to get out of their feelings and realize that they are in a professional environment and must therefore act so. I’m glad I did not lose my cool and cuss them out. Shame on the Kroger management on Watson Boulevard, Warner Robins for training these people to be so disrespectful and unprofessional towards the very people that keep Kroger in business by spending their dollar at the store. I know for sure that this is the last time I am spending my dollar at that Kroger! And oh, if you want proof, check your security cameras on the date above a little below 1:59pm to around 2:25pm. Victoria is the worst cashier I have ever come across my entire time of grocery shopping or any shopping for that matter. She needs some serious training on how to act like a decent human being towards her...
Read moreEverytime I go to the bakery I get the worst customer service. I placed an order back in September for October 4th. When I arrived they had no idea about the cake I ordered and didn’t have anyone to make it. I was given a discount by a manager for any cake there but the experience was awful. My daughter didn’t get the cake we initially ordered for her birthday party. Can you imagine ordering from only one place and that place doesn’t do their job? It was extremely disappointing to say the least. Recently I came in and went to the bakery to place an order. The girl there told me she was busy decorating a cake and it would be a while before she could assist me. Meanwhile there was 2 other people working behind her that could have assisted me. We waited a couple mins to see if she could get to a stopping point to help us out. She told us can you come back later? I was very upset. Why not just stop what you’re doing for a couple mins to help me place an order and then finish the cake? Or ask a co worker to take my order. I went up to the front desk to speak to a manger and no one came to help us. We waited 10-15 mins. I promise I will not be doing anymore shopping at this location. Customer service is obviously...
Read moreAddendum (6.21): I hate to have to modify my rating, but I'm beyond disappointed. I've been searching for a specific tea, and it's showing in stock at this location. My attempt to get help fell on deaf ears. Three employees seemed to not want to be bothered. Bri, a very pregnant associate, and Kirstin were rock stars. These two ladies went above and beyond to help me. They need to model how to help customers for their coworkers. This is a straight shame. As a result, I'm removing a star from my previous review.
Original Rating: Let me start by saying the lack of open registers and low stock is the reason for the removal of a star. I must shout out Jacquelene (sp)! She is an absolute gem. I was specifically looking for a Lipton tea-it is all we drink. She went to the back and searched high and low. Next, as a CM, she opened up a register to move us quickly. There was an elderly lady who experienced an issue; Jacquelene listened with concern. Jacquelene was so patient, as I had a lot going on with my order. She was so patient and empathetic. Kroger surely has...
