I’m not one to leave reviews, but I feel like I should warn anyone who’s looking to fix their wedding ring. Last year, I took my ring in to fix a broken prong. When I went to pick it up, they said they replaced each prong to make sure they were all secure, which sounded awesome. Everything looked fine, but not even 6 months later, another prong broke off. I felt dumb to be that customer, but I figured it was just bad luck and I took my ring back in. I could tell they felt bad and they said they’d replace that prong free of charge. Literally only a few months later, ANOTHER prong broke off and they replaced it free of charge. I was grateful I didn’t have to pay for each fix, but I was starting to see a pattern that maybe they did an awful job when they replaced each prong at the very beginning. I’ve had my wedding ring for 11 years and only until a year ago have I had issues with all the prongs falling off… and this was only after they had replaced each one. The most frustrating thing is that I just went in this month to get my 3rd broken prong fixed, and not even 3 weeks later another prong is loose and about to fall off. Professional and polite employees! They really helped us find the perfect engagement ring. When we got home, and I was admiring it; I notice a very small diamond was missing. We took the ring back to Glasscock and they IMMEDIATELY fixed it, tightened all prong to secure the rest of my diamonds, and I went home happy as can be!
