Mattress Firm Warrington — Attraction in Warrington Township

Went here with my wife on a Saturday night out without the kids looking to replace our 15 year old mattress. We were greeted by Monica and she took the time to answer all our questions. She then asked a few questions and pretty much had a feel for what we needed. We tried just about every mattress in that place and she was able to explain the differences in all of them while taking the time to make recommendations based on our sleeping positions. After picking a mattress we moved on to a base, another decision filled with choices. She again was able to explain the differences in the bases helping us make a clear decision. Her suggestions were very helpful and she did not have the “pushy, buy the most expensive thing and leave so I can move on to the next costumer attitude”. She actually stayed after close to help us out and did her best to steer us to stay within our budget. After picking everything out and doing the paperwork we picked a delivery date. After getting home and sleeping on the old bed we realized we needed the new ins faster. Called Monica and she was able to push it up a few days for us.

Delivery was today and everything went as planned. Delivery guys were clean and didn’t mess anything up getting it all up and taking the old stuff down my narrow stairway.

My boyfriend and I went to mattress firm not expecting to leave with a mattress. When we got there the sales associate greeted us and helped us find the perfect bed. She was very knowledgeable about all the products and really made us feel good about our decisions to buy through Mattress Firm. She was even able to find us a few manufacturer coupons and applied them to our order, on top of the sale that was going on for Labor Day. Another bonus was she was able to get it delivered the next day! If I could base my review on just our in store experience I give it a 5/5, but we ran into some issues with our delivery. The mattress was supposed to be delivered between 12 and 2. The men called us multiple times saying they we stuck in traffic and they would arrive at our home "soon." They didn't arrive until 4 PM. On top of being late, they didn't know how to set up our adjustable base and they had to watch a YouTube video on how to do it. It took them over 2 hours to assemble. As they were leaving my boyfriend realized that they didn't give us our mattress protector. We had to run outside and flag them down so they didn't drive off with it. They also left all their trash in our front yard. Because of the delivery issues, 3/5.

In addition: the mattress protector does not tightly wrap around the mattress and constantly falls off. There is a lump and the bottom of our mattress and we are told it will go away but doesn't seem...

Fantastic experience, I dealt with Lisa H. Who was sooo knowledgeable in the various products and designs of the mattresses. Having never been to a mattress firm I did not know what to expect. We went around the show room she explained things, we found my bed type which was firm and then proceeded to narrow down the choices she honestly explained the pro/cons of each price point of mattress and with a no pressure sales pitch made suggestions and ultimately I chose what worked best for my budget. Once I chose we went through the charges delivery, tax etc and then reviewed the warranty policy and Lisa explained any questions I had. I think I was in the store for an hour and never did I feel rushed or that I was bothering Lisa. One can tell she she wants to get you into the correct bed both budget and comfort wise. If you are looking for a sales rep that is knowledgeable and eager to help with excellent customer service Lisa H. Is your gal. I would also recommend mattress firm as a great store, they had wide variety of inventory and also I loved the full transparency from the pricing to the warranty no surprises at all.
