First, what a beautiful store!! I drove almost an hour to get to the store purely because I wanted to speak to someone that knew specifically about your products. I didn't want to go to a Mattress City, or the like, just because it was closer. Purchasing a Tempur Pedic is an investment and it should be taken seriously. When I arrived, Una greeted me with a warm smile. She made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked in. We talked about what my sleep style was and then we chatted about which mattress would suit me best. Then I got to "test drive" a couple. Oh my stars.....it was Heavenly! Thanks to your awesome payment plans, I was able to get exactly what I wanted!! I'm so excited to get my new bed and I'm hoping that this bed alleviates so much of my lower/mid-back pain that I have had for so very long now. When the bed arrives, and I get a chance to sleep on it, don't you worry! I will be back to give my honest review of what my sleeping experience was like. Una, I couldn't have made these decisions without your sincere compassion to get me the best possible mattress/base and all of your awesome assistance in helping me finance it. It's totally doable now and I am not stressing about the purchase.

After trying out some different products, getting a boatload of information to help in our search for a new bed and having a really fun, positive interaction we walked out with a GREAT deal on pillows and now just have to figure out what mattress we’ll be going back to see Brandon about! Read moreWorst Escalations Customer Service experience - We placed an ONLINE order for a $4000 (!) Mattress, Sheets and a pillow after being told that you Buy One Get One Free. The order was shipped separately from the mattress, and did not include the free set. Calling C S they had to transfer me to "Escalations" where we were treated with poor professionalism, and lack of care. When we asked to speak with the supervisor, we were ignored twice, until we were more adamant, we were told by the Rep. that we will be called back on Friday (Today is Wednesday) finally a Supervisor named "Marty" took the call and rudely stated he could not help, and rudely hung up the phone.
