Staples — Attraction in Warsaw

I had to give 1star to start the review otherwise I would have not given that too. This is the most unprofessional and misleading retail company I have ever seen. This was my first and the last time i am buying something from Staples. They post deals of products they dont have in stock and mislead the customers. On top of that I don't understand how can they send delivery confirmation email with a delivery date without checking stock. They had an in-store deal posted online on Black Friday for Lenovo Flex 6 and when I visited a couple of stores they said the laptop is not in stock in stores and that I will have to order it online on a much higher price. Then they had the same laptop posted as in stock online for the in store deal price. So I ordered it online and the payment went through and I was told that the laptop will be shipped on Thursday. Now one day before the delivery date they cancelled the order without any prior information and tell me that they cannot provide me this laptop and leave me with nothing. Now that Black Friday and Cyber Monday are over I have missed out on other good deals as well. I have lost my trust over Staples and will not recommend anyone to buy products from them or if people do find deals, I would suggest people to check if they have the product in store...

I visited the Warsaw, Indiana Staples store this past Monday. I was there to drop off a UPS box for return. After entering the store, I walked over to the cashier’s location to find a young man with long bushy hair looking at his phone who was apparently too busy to greet his customer. He saw me with the box and made a half turn and made no comment just pointed to the location where to drop off the box. The young lady at that location didn’t smile or gave any kind of customer greeting just scanned the item and gave me the receipt and walked away. Having worked customer service myself and as a manager, I would have never tolerated such behavior. It shows a lack of respect and just plain laziness.

My question for Staples is why do you keep hiring arrogant rude employees who do not know the meaning of customer service. This old lady I assume who was the store manager would not be running my store. She rude and...

Hi I really don't feel like leaving even one star for the Warsaw Indiana Staples, I went into the print Department, I had never sent a fax myself I am disabled and needed help, the girl was rude when I asked for help, I was extremely humiliated, I was able to help myself the best that I could, but when it came time to pay her she added insult to injury by taking another customer when she knew I had been waiting for a while I'm not sure if she was just having a bad day but it was definitely bad customer service. When I tried to talk to a manager another person that worked there they do not have a manager, my experience just was not good this has not been the first time and I never even received an apology.
