Old Navy — Attraction in Warwick

I almost always come here over the garden city location because it’s bigger, but I always regret it. My most recent visit is the last straw for me. The cashier was problem number 1. I understand that in order to use coupons you have to break up the order into multiple transactions, and I appreciate that. However the pushy manner of asking me if I want to apply for the credit card multiple times… every transaction is over the top. She rang in a decent amount of my purchase wrong (assuming the items were the same) by scanning the same item multiple times. This causes a huge variance in the discount so I overpaid. Unfortunately I didn’t notice this until I came home and that’s when problem number 2 kicked it. I called the store and the manager said the only way she can assist me is I I DRIVE BACK. So I have to waste more of my time and gas to resolve a problem they caused. She didn’t offer any alternatives and when I said I would just call corporate she just said I can call them and make it back “when I can”. That’s horrible...

Melissa was professional and made my day ! I placed an order from another Old Navy and drove 50 minutes to get my order. When arriving they only had one of the two things I ordered. She reviewed the problem and admitted there was a mistake made by another employee. She apologized and rectified the problem. She also noted that my time is important and she expedited the rest of my order. Went to do some last minute xmas shopping and we scored some great deals but had a lot of issues with most of the items we purchased not ringing up the right price. All bit 2 items of a dozen didnt ring up with the sale price. I suggest being vigilant here and watching each item you purchase being scanned for the proper price! Other than that, this location compared to last year at the same time, was very well organized and clean with plenty of staff working to keep up with the pace of the high amount of people coming into the store for last...
