Mall itself was fine. Decorated beautifully. Went to pick up orders from Macy's, which was beautifully decorated, as you expect of Macy's. However, they didn't give me all of my orders, so I now have to make another trip there to retrieve the rest of my purchases. 3 employees, one just stood there, another checked my order#'s/ID & the other went to get my purchases/online orders. Well, I guess he was too distracted by his phone conversation to pay attention to fact I told him how many orders I had there to pick up and the paperwork he took with him telling him order #'s, name, ect because he left an entire order behind. Of course I didn't notice until I arrived home and emptied all the bags I was given. Now I have to spend another 2 hours, another $20 in gas, put my toddler through another trip there, ect ect to go back and retrieve my left out order. Honestly, the least they could've done was at least offer to mail it to me. But no, they did even less than that. Just asked when I'll get there to pick up the rest of my stuff. So between the absolutely 💯 horrible customer service you now get dealing with Macy's due to having to call South America for customer service, an ordering issue I won't even get into at the moment, and now this,I'm NOT happy with Macy's at all....to say the least. Type of service I've come to expect our of less regarded stores, but not Macy's. Unbelievable and...
Read moreWarwick Mall is an okay place to shop, but it could definitely use more variety in its store selection. While it has a few solid anchor stores and some familiar brands, it’s often disappointing if you’re looking for a wider range of options. The lack of unique or specialty shops makes it hard to find something different, and at times, it feels like you're seeing the same few stores you’d find in any basic mall.
The food court has some decent choices, which is nice if you’re looking for a quick bite, but even there, the variety is limited. You’re not going to find much beyond the usual fast food options, which can get old if you’re a regular visitor.
On a positive note, the mall is generally clean, and parking is rarely an issue. The staff in the stores I’ve visited are friendly and helpful, so customer service is a plus. However, the mall itself feels dated and could really benefit from adding some new stores to make it more of a destination. If they expanded their offerings, Warwick Mall could be so much better. As it stands, it’s just okay for a quick stop but not worth a...
Read moreI purchased 2 Gift cards using their kiosk because the people at the desk said I had to when using a credit card. They charged me $3.00 per gift card plus after 13 months they deduct $2.95 per month from the Gift Card. Plus, they never emailed me the receipt when entering a email address. I called the company and they said they couldn't help sending me a receipt. Never again will I buy a gift card at the Warwick Mall. Update: I would like to add the People at the Warwick, Mall were able to help me with a receipt. This was after calling the number on the back of the gift card not having any luck. I received an email. The confusion part of the kiosk is it never said I could have a paper receipt just came up with the email receipt. Try saying NO to email and maybe you will get a paper receipt. Regardless be prepared for a $3.00 per gift card fee and after 13 months (should you misplace the card) you could end up with a gift card of no value. Next time I will see if they have Gift Certificates instead of Gift cards. Its my understanding a Gift Certificate...
