We were assisted by Raquel who presented us different designs to try on and my girlfriend loved the marquise cut more than the previous cuts. I gave one star, As it is not an option to give no starts. I was there this Saturday and was almost refused service. I came in for hoop earrings I bought there. One was broken and I recalled that they had warranty. But the women who “helped me” stated over and over that she couldn’t find me in the system and furthermore told me I should go elsewhere that she knew a place where they could fix it.
