Bridals By Cyndi — Attraction in Washington Township

I had been to two other salons prior to Bridals by Cyndi, and ya know what they say..third time’s a charm! I chatted with Cyndi over the phone to schedule my appointment and she couldn’t have been any nicer! She took a few moments to get to know me and what I was looking for which made me feel so comfortable going into it. When I arrived for my appointment, Michele and Cyndi made us feel so comfortable and at home. Michele, an absolute sweetheart, was my bridal consultant and boy, did I give her a run for her money. Although I had narrowed down my options to four gowns between the other salons I’d visited, I still didn’t REALLY know what I wanted and was kind of all over the place. Michele was able to look at some pictures listen to what I was thinking and started to pull some gowns while I pulled my own from the selection in the store. She was so great to work with and was really able to tell when I loved or didn’t love a dress and when she knew I didn’t, she told me and got me out of it and into the next one quickly! This was so helpful to me because I was starting to talk myself into liking every dress I tried on making it even harder. It turned out that one of the first gowns she pulled ended up being MY dress! She even helped accessorize then and there. I just can’t wait to walk down the aisle in the beautiful look we put together! Cyndi and Michele both made this experience FABULOUS!! If I could give Cyndi 10 stars I would ! Cyndi saved the day and worked with me to fix a problem I had without hesitation! She went over and beyond. It's her own shop and I would encourage everyone to come see her. She is amazing. AND I am in CA and she is in New Jersey! Go see her! She cares and truly believes every bride needs a happy ending! Here is my story: My daughter's wedding is one and a half months away and the bridal shop we were using was making us choose between our dress that was 2 sizes too big and sewn wrong, a dirty used dress with a huge snag or one that was used and had 2 holes in the netting, and a new dress too small. Obviously, no options at all and a long story that started in March. I'm here to talk about Cyndi who is my hero. Within just a few minutes she was searching to find a solution. She happen to just get in the dress I needed, no one had tried it on yet and it was the size we needed.(definitely a God thing) One of the challenges was my daughter's dress was too short. She gave me 2 options on how to help that situation which the other store didn't saying "she has to wear flats!" Cyndi steamed the dress to gently stretch it giving it a little more length and suggested appliques to help with the length. She spent time on face time with me to show me how it would work and how the dress looked. She even went so far as to send an Cathedral length veil along with the dress - free- so we could use the veil for the appliques! Trust me when I say I hung up in tears of joy! LOOK NO FURTHER! Bridals by Cyndi was by far the best experience I had shopping for my wedding dress! I had been to so any stores trying to find my dream dress and it wasn't until I went to Bridals by Cydni that I finally found it! From the moment I pulled up to the store I already felt so welcomed with the sign that said my name. Cyndi and Michelle greeted me with a warm welcome and offered a glass of wine and champagne! We talked about what I envisioned for my wedding day and what I had previously liked. Cydni and Michelle let me walk around the store to pull some dresses I liked and they also pulled their picks for me. Bridals by Cyndi has the most beautiful wedding dresses that I have seen by far. Every other store I went to I only liked maybe one if any. All her dresses are absolutely beautiful! I liked just about every dress I put on but of course fell in love with one in the end! The whole time I felt comfortable and super excited. I knew I was going to find my dress here from the moment I walked in. Michelle was my consultant. She was so personable and sweet and made me feel confident in every dress I put on. The whole experience was just the best. The other thing that I loved about Bridals by Cydni was that I was the only appointment in the store, which is how Cydni schedules them. This made all eyes and attention on me which is so special in such an important purchase.
