Industrious in Washington DC had a promotion where they allowed you to host an event in their space for free. I hosted 2 free workshops, the professionalism and hospitality industrious offered was incredible. Emily K. was my contact person and she was amazing. I was even able to provide my workshop participants with refreshments which included wine and prepared by Emily K. The refreshments were all complements of Industrious. I have worked in multiple co-working facilities, and this has been my favorite, by far. Industrious has a wonderful team of employees who go above and beyond for their members. From Emily and Jarrod to Joyce, I can not speak high enough about them. In addition, the amenities far outpace other co-working spaces with daily breakfast and afternoon snacks, free Lacroixs and sodas, and high end loose leaf tea included. Do NOT sign up with this location - they will say anything to get you to sign the contract and then bait and switch you with whats available and tell you the only option is more expensive. Then they will negotiate terms with you through email to get you to sign but not change anything in the actual terms and force you into paying for extra months even though you are cancelling the space within the terms agreed to on email.
