The staff were helpful and friendly, didn't hound me with suggestions as I poked around the salesfloor (something I REALLY respect). Decent prices. Convenient location. Efficient website.
The only weird thing: Some guy who appeared to be either an extension of ownership or a purveyor or something -- someone removed from the day-to-day employees and their supervisor, it seemed -- arrogantly stood in my way as I clearly attempted to select a product at the front of the store. It's a very small business but there is still room to step out of someone's way. "Mystery Upper Management Dude" knew I was there beside/behind him but didn't seem to care that I was struggling, he just kept talking at the staff: "(something something) -- don't do that in front of the boss, mmmkay?" Thankfully an employee told Mr Huff-'n'-Puff to step aside so I could actually get to the cashier to pay.
Will definitely return, just with the hope that as a customer I won't have to fight my way through male ego in order to cough up my cash.

Read moreThe Bottle House is amazing and I wish I'd known it was there months ago! It's a family business and the staff are so friendly and kind and even ordered a beer I mentioned I like. They have a huge selection of beers, wine, and liquor, including lots of great local options, and the prices are better than a lot of the nearby liquor stores. They've also been obviously been taking precautions and the store seems super clean and the staff are following all the safety protocols, which makes me feel safer...

The prices are reasonable and the staff is super friendly. They always recognize me and recommend things I might like based off my usual purchases. They also love my dog, Ladybug, and let me bring her inside. I highly recommend patronizing this wonderful...
