In the area for work and decided to check out all the dispos in Waterford has to offer. As someone that works in the industry I say this lightly. I absolutely did not feel welcomed at all as a first time customer.. I guess I'm used to different style of dispensary where you get an actual One on one with your budtender.. checked in and was told to walk back and just look around until one of the floor budtenders can get to me? Okay that's different but all right. I was on the floor for maybe 1 minute before I got approached. ( Barely got to look around your display set up .)I said hey it was my first time and I got replied with anything in particular you are looking for ? Not exactly the most friendly welcome.I asked about a certain rosin I saw online they stated they didn't have. Proceeded showed me other brands but all the budtender did was tell me the deals. which are literally on your huge paper In front of me . I only smoke rosin and eat rosin gummies. Getting me to spend $100+ before tax ishonestly easy.. I'm open to different brands. unfortunately the sales floor budtender didn't honestly sell on me or attempt to make any conversation.. a simple question like what brands do you like ? Or even say hey I've tried this brand or even a recommendation.. I ended up grabbing one rosin I've all ready had before. Was also $15 more the one i saw online but said okay I get a discount for my first time .Then asked about my first time. Was told "oh it's on sale and I don't think it double stacks but would you like anything else?"(Again still Haven't looked around fully and still haven't been recommended anything) So I said no thank you and was told to go wait in your checkout line for someone to cash me out ? So I waited on line and the cashier was the only memorable person from my visit.. I asked about the rosin I had seen online and showed them your website that it's in stock. Cashier said oh yeah we have it and you can can use your first time discount on it . So did the other budtender not know or intentionally up sold me a more expensive product? Cashier asked if there was anything else she could recommend.. I said a rosin based gummy that isn't peachy, good tides, sauce or Dixie.. Immediately said I buy and eat the 3 lefts rosin gummies.. showed a few different packages and talked about which rosin will give what effects .. why isn't that budtender on the floor with customers? This would originally be a 4 star review , Riley did an awesome job despite all the issues with your website/fulfillment procedure⦠I wish she would have at least pulled her shift manager over to see if he could accommodate me in any way while still physically @ your Waterford location
Side note: one peninsula gardens disposable in stock .. you have like 11 store locations why canāt your inventory manager order a sustainable quantity of items that are on sale ? (Donāt put it on sale otherwise)
