
It took me years to find my stylist, Reyna, who is top-notch, after my previous one had to quit to fight cancer. Sadly, I had to end my relationship with her after the horrible customer service received by other stylists over the phone today. I will shave my head before I step foot back in Hair Biz. Your appointment was 12/5/22 you requested product so we got that for you and called twice. Today it was brought to my attention that they noticed it's been about a month so they decided to call you to let you know you had till the end of the day to pick it up before we put on our retail shelf. From my end what I heard was that a man had called for you and called my Stylist that answered the phone a cuss word. I do not understand how a request for you to pick up product lead up to a 1 star review. When I did try to call you I did leave you a phone number by text if you'd like to call me and figure this out. I was contacted last week for the first time regarding the product that was out of stock at the time of my appointment 12/5/2023. I was anxiously awaiting it getting restocked, having no expectation on when it would be, I feel I was more than patient. I have no missed calls nor voicemails from Hair Biz. Being that it was the Holidays when I was contacted (1 time), I had no free time to come get it, and I wasn’t informed it was time sensitive. Read moreMy wife took my 1.5 year old son in to get his haircut. They told her it'd be 10-15 minutes on wait time. Turned out to be 30 minutes because a hairdressers mom brought in the hairdresser's kid about the same age as ours. I understand oggling over a baby, but for EVERYONE working there to do it and stand around and talk upsets me beyond words. My son has knots that form in his hair in the back and we said we've done a fauxhawk before and maybe we could try that. We said he isn't fond of the buzzer either. She said we start with scissors and see how he does. Literally all she did was trim the back, sides and thinned out the top and missed a spot around each ear which my wife had to fix later at home. Tell me how the above described is a fauxhawk? Not our first bad experience here either. Not sure how they are still in business with these bad reviews. Oh not to mention, $20 for a haircut for a child that was barely 10 minutes!! They're lucky I wasn't the one that was there or else they would've got an earfull from me! Very impatient...

Made an appointment days in advance and when I called the day of my appointment to confirm my time they claimed my appointment must never have been put into the system. Mistakes happen, so I rescheduled for the following Sunday afternoon. I made it clear when scheduling that I have long hair and wanted highlights and a haircut. I arrive for my appointment and the girl at the counter claims they've been trying to contact me. I check my phone, no missed calls. She states well we didn't call because your number isn't in our system. She continues to tell me that they will not let me keep my appointment because there is not enough time to give me highlights and a haircut.
