Had the chicharron prensado and mollejas and so far they are the best I have had anywhere, and I buy chicharrones almost weekly from different places. The chicharron was soft, juicy and full of meat, the mollejas were fried but ultra soft inside. They have great customer service as well, very pleased with this resteraunt. The service was great. The gentleman attendant gave us samples of Barbacoa and chiccaron pernsado with a nice warm tortilla! We purchased a 1lb of mojella, tripa, carnitas, and chicaron prensado. I got a plate today May 21 25 My friend got for me. I wanted a plate from there. I got fish was crunchy. The fish had no flavor the potato wedges were greasy. The veggies were good.
