Salon Rush — Attraction in West Bloomfield Township

I did my manicure at the Rush Salon for 6 months with Miss Olesia. In general, I paid $60 because I chose to make them simple in the soft gel technique. One day I went to Olesia for a new appointment and my nails were very long and I asked her to cut them very short and she then used some very weak and thin materials, it was obvious that they were different from what she was doing to me always. I didn't say anything because they were very short and I thought that even so thin they couldn't break. I came back after 3 weeks with two nails broken in half and all the rest of the nails were unglued with air entering through all the corners and very chewed because they were extremely thin. I told her that I don't like what she did to me this time and for today's she should make them as strong as the rest of the months I went to her and I came back every time with a good condition after almost a month. He didn't listen to me and made them as thin and miserable as the last time and after 4 days I had to make another appointment at the salon for another manicure because all the nails were chipped, broken and peeling. When I arrived at the salon again, a week apart from the last appointment, I asked Olesia and the cashier who usually translates into English for Olesia to make my nails strong like in the past.... I asked to have the French model done too so I knew it would be + $15 for the model and $60 for the manicure. Finally, she made them resistant, just like in the past… at the end when I asked the price the cashier told me the total was $90. I asked why? I always paid $75 maximum when I wanted an extra model or $60 when I got them simple. She told me she did me a strong gel that cost $75 + the $15 model, total of $90… I told the cashier that I didn’t ask for that and that I asked for exactly the same quality that she had been doing for 6 months!!! No one informed me about this detail beforehand and in the end they asked for extra money for the same thing!! And their answer was that Olesia chose to secretly do me a strong gel for 6 months as a discount and suddenly one day she changed her mind and did me a Shellac manicure for the same price and made me pay for two manicures worth $135 in one week, considering that I asked for a discount and they deducted $15 from the $90 otherwise I would have spent $150 for two manicures in one week!!! Who does this? What kind of stories are these? I have never heard in my life that someone would secretly do a different service for 6 months and after 6 months stop this discount that the client was not even informed about, do it with worse quality, make them come in twice a week for makeup and ask for more money for the same thing that the client received for months… I would not go back to this salon even if it were the last in the world. Shame on you for such behavior! You made me spend $135 in a week on nails and then you had a nasty attitude towards me at the end as if it was my fault that I couldn't understand that imaginary story just to take more...

Lena (front desk) is amazing. She always takes care of my appointment dates in the best way! She texts me, calls me, she sends me times and dates, and is very patient when I need to reschedule my appointment 100 times in one week because my plans change. Thank you Lena!!! She is the most hard-working and organized person. Everything is in order with Lena. She always makes sure every client is happy even though we all know how hard it can be. She is always very polite and sweet. She makes sure you have coffee/tea/water. You feel like home with Lena. She is very warm, calm and sweet! Salon Rush is very lucky to have you. Thank you!

Olesia S Olesia is the most professional nail technician I've ever met. Everything is perfect about her. Her workspace is always (!!!) clean and sterilized. She always listens, she always on time which is very important to me as a mom who brings her child to every appointment. My nails are always exactly what I want them to be. I do gel manicure and Olesia is always very gentle to my nails and cuticle. I never bleed and she never hurts me. My nails look brand new for 4 weeks and the only reason I go to the salon after 4 weeks is because the nails grow and I have to shorten them. I called to make an appointment just a few days before the New Year, they had no availability during this busy time of the year. An hour later they called me back and said they could squeeze me in. I had absolutely no hope, it was so great. I had the most amazing experience with every single employee in this beautiful salon. The lady in front was just amazing. I had a pedicure done by Olyesia, not only it is just an absolute pleasure to socialize with her about anything, but also my toe nails have never been so PERFECT.
