Deka Lash — Attraction in West Chester Township

Unfortunately I have a very bad view of Deka Lash. I normally went to LaLa Lash for my lash lifts, but Deka was closer to me and better pricing too. I bought a Groupon to try the lash lift. First I emailed to make my appointment. My email was unanswered. I called a few days later to make my appointment, since I couldn't make it on the website with Groupon, it felt like because I was a Groupon customer, I was not really getting treated the same as a non-Groupon customer. I had to call back a few minutes later to give my credit card number. I called and was put on hold for 15 minutes before I gave up and tried the "chat" option on the website. The person I chatted with told me they passed my message on to the front desk and that someone would call me. Three days later, no call. I have heard that companies treat Groupon customers differently and even badly, but this was my 1st time ever using Groupon and I hadn't experienced it firsthand until now. Luckily I was able to get a refund from Groupon, after explaining to them what had happened. I immediately called LaLa Lash to make my appointment. I would rather pay full price, even more than what I would pay at Deka and drive 30 minutes out of my way than deal with people who don't care about their potential long term customers. I really enjoyed my first experience here. I have never had extentions before. I love them. However since it was my first time and I followed everything to the T, some areas of eye where the extentions lay seem less secure then others, mainly the outer eye area. I didn't realize this at first and one of the outer corners already fell off. But everything comes with an experience we learn from and I know what to expect now. I will be returning in 2 weeks for a refill to this same location. It was indeed a great experience over all.

Update: had my 1st refill with Laura Kehl. She is awesome. Love my refill results. I am new to lash extentions as I stated before so there is still things I am getting use to, but can say it doesn't take long to get use to. Refills are important as fall out is natural for extentions. I never feel like as I continue this journey I will improve in my care with them. Great lash fill experience. Blindly made an online appointment for a full lash session. Was quoted and sent via email a total. Lash tech was incredibly professional, quick, and amazing. Wish she had shared with me about membership opportunities for better pricing. I’m not sure how I was quoted $99 for a full set of lashes and was charged $89 for a fill. I thought for sure fills would be less. I’d like to return, but I need to know prices before going.

So, on my second visit, I became a member. I was so happy with my first fill lasting and looking great. That first appointment set the bar in my mind as to how my extensions should last. Well, today was my third visit, and I’m devastated. My appointment was at 11am this morning. I’m watching television with my husband, and a lash falls on my cheek. I went and checked them in the bathroom only to discover that they were separating from my natural lashes. At this rate, I won’t have lash extensions for my vacation out of state next week.
