Yelton Fine Jewelers — Attraction in West Chester Township

I had the most amazing experience at Yelton Fine Jewelers. I wanted to buy my wife a very nice Christmas present and I had seen from a client of mine a custom made hearts on fire diamond cross necklace that my wife has always admired greatly. So I went in to see Tina Yelton. I wanted a similar necklace, but custom made for my wife. I had picked out her engagement and wedding ring to match with a specific design. So I got pictures of it and showed Tina. She was able to use the in house gold smiths to replicate the design so that it perfectly matches both the wedding and engagement rings. Not only that, but I came in about 8-10 days prior to Christmas AND was flying out to Arizona for Christmas a few days later. Tina ordered the 6 half carrot diamonds in and had the goldsmiths handcraft the necklace. Then she called a friend of hers in Phoenix, had the necklace insured and overnight shipped to her friend, who drove an hour north of her house to meet me at my hotel to hand deliver it to me at no extra charge just so I could give to to my wife on Christmas day rather than a few days afterwards. I was astonished at the lengths Tina went to be a blessing to us. As an owner of a business myself I am very watchful of other businesses to see how they treat their clients. I am very happy to have worked with Yelton's. The gift was perfect and my wife loves it. TJ's professionalism and attention to detail was central to our positive experience at Yelton's when purchasing an engagement ring and wedding rings. He and the other staff provided excellent customer service, worked with us to find something in our budget and we felt no pressure to purchase right away because of a "special deal".

My fiance and I bought my engagement ring at Yelton's in October of 2017. In our initial consultation, TJ ran us through our diamond options and was very receptive to our input. I came in with a long list of questions and he was very patient in answering all of them. He was easy to get a hold of and responded quickly when I emailed him with questions I forgot to ask at the consultation.

I never felt pressured to purchase anything and there were no surprise costs when it came time to pay for the ring. My fiance proposed the day before Thanksgiving, but the ring needed to be resized before I could wear it comfortably. I was able to drop the ring off Friday afternoon for resizing and pick it Saturday morning in time to it show off to all my family over the weekend! I wanted to propose to my girlfriend and had the plan in my head but I had a very small window and no clue what I was doing when ring shopping. I looked at several rings and ultimately found the perfect one. It needed to be sized and Taylor assured me it would be ready before I needed it. It was ready for pick up in plenty of time.
