I love Starbucks a lot and I am in love with the Green tea that they have here since the beginning. I have been drinking their Green tea for years and this store ( @ Union Center Blvd in West Chester) has been giving me a lot of comfort and pleased since we moved here 5 years ago. I feel the passion that the barista put on my drink every single time and I want to show my appriciation by giving them a tip throughout the orders using the Starbucks application on the phone. The application is very easy use and has a lot of helpful features; but there is one thing that it lack of is the feature in which it can send a message or some kind of the information that inform its customer that their order is out of stock. Today, like every other days, I ordered my Green Tea Frappuccino throug the phone without knowing any changing or would be changing. I got to the shop, went inside, looked for my order on the table, kept waiting in a very calmly ưay knowing that their could be a wait sometimes. Ten minutes passing, and I started to worry about coming late for work; so I stepped to the check out area, asked one of the employee about my drink, and She told me that my order was coming. So, I had waited for another 5 minutes (not a very long time but for me it is just too much for a thing that never come). Then, another employee saw me and called me over, and She told me that they was out of the Green tea powder and expected me to know by bring out the empty cup and having it placing on the mobile ordering section area. I just wish that when they have the cup on their hands, and before putting that on the table, a name can be called out; or when I come forward to ask, they could check on the computer and let me...
Read moreI know every Starbucks in town and there tends to be an inverse relationship between friendly staff and professional staff. Unfortunately this location qualifies as the former and I avoid it if at all possible. They're usually super polite and courteous but they struggle with drink execution. All I ever order is a latte or flat white and they still manage to botch it up. I often get back in my car and drive away before noticing so then it's too late to turn around. The problem is almost always expired shots. I never use drive-throughs because I like interacting with my baristas and watching them make my drink. One time as I was waiting at the bar I watched the gal pull my shots, then go work on another drink for what I believe was a window order. Finally she came back to steam the milk for my latte. I'm not exaggerating when I say 60 seconds had passed from the time my shots were pulled from when she got ready to pour the milk. I was stunned that she was actually still going to try and use the espresso. I stopped her and asked that she pull the shots again as it was way past the 12 seconds they are supposed to use as a measure. The guy at the register overheard us and seemed so surprised I knew about the "12 second rule" as if it's a big secret. Needless to say, I've had many less than satisfactory drinks here. I love my Starbucks, but I will choose any other location over...
Read moreI went thru the drive thru this morning 4/28, just needing coffee and food bc I forget to eat, and it's moving day for me. I'm moving things out of state and was just in a funk this morning. I was trying to focus on just getting thru the day while trying to get out of my sad mood I had. I had no clue what I wanted when I pulled up, just something with lots of caffeine. I don't come to Starbucks often, so I had no idea what to get. The person at the drive-thru was absolutely amazing. Super nice, offered suggestions, and they were spot on with what I didn't know I wanted. They were even more amazing at the window for the short interaction we had. Their energy and kindness (not the caffiene) gave me the boost to get out of my funk at 8 am. I can't remember their exact name, I know it started with a P (Peyton maybe), and they had a nose piercing. I don't normally leave reviews, but I do consider them highly. It's been on my heart since our interaction to leave one. Thank you so much for the energy you gave me today. Kind words. Kind actions. It's not...
