So I came here with a group that had called ahead and told Wild Wings that we had a large party (possibly 40) and they said that was okay. My friends got there around 11 and I arrived around 11:30, the party ended up being around 15+ people so not that bad and the place wasn’t swamped. I finally ordered my food and drink and my drink came out along with everyone else at my table. After about 30+ minutes of waiting we got our food. I ordered 5 crispy tenders with fries along with another person at my table. At this time most of our party at the surrounding tables had their food and were finishing their meals. I didn’t even get my crispy tenders but grilled tender slices. I sent the plate back and requested what I actually ordered and the waitress had no issues. She then came back and told me they ran out but my friend mentioned that she got her crispy tenders so why couldn’t I? The waitress then said “I guess they ran out after you”, then proceeded to offer to bring me the plate I had before with no cost. I agreed and thanked her. At this point it was getting to 12:40 and I still hadn’t gotten my single plate of skinless chicken and fries. The waitress walked back by our table and I told her to just put my food in a to-go box and bring the checks please and she agreed. She came back and told me my meal or lack there of would be free. My friends ended up apple paying at 12:55 as I still waited for my food. They came back at 12:58 and I still hadn’t gotten my singular plate. I told them if it hit one then I’d just leave as the waitress already told me I don’t have to pay so, I got my coat on. It got to one and we chose to just leave as everyone else that was at our surrounding tables had gotten their food and left as our waitress told us goodnight. I just don’t understand why this happened to me as I’m a paying customer..we even called AHEAD and let them know so this was completely ridiculous. It’s unfortunate that this was such a bad experience as the waitress seemed nice but it didn’t seem like they planned to give me any food as I walked out empty-handed and received...
Read moreI am a frequent patron of Wild Wings across multiple countries in the Middle East and have always appreciated the quality and consistency of their offerings. However, my experience at the Cincinnati location was disappointing. The wings were noticeably smaller in size compared to other locations and appeared to have been overcooked, possibly more than once. Additionally, they lacked the freshness I have come to expect, as they seemed to be at least a day or two old. Unfortunately, this location falls significantly short in terms of both taste and quality, making it one of the least impressive Wild Wings experiences I’ve had. 🚨🚨
After reviewing other customer feedback, it’s clear that takeout consistently receives the lowest ratings. The General Manager needs to address this issue immediately. If the focus is solely on selling beer, then perhaps it’s time to reconsider the branding, as the current approach creates a confusing experience for customers expecting quality food.
🤢🤢
I rarely leave response manager comments , but I felt it was necessary in this case. I reached out with a complaint and was extremely disappointed by the response I received. The message began with “Hey,” which felt unprofessional and disrespectful — especially coming from a company representative.
Furthermore, I was asked to visit a website, fill out a form, and provide personal information to receive a discount or prove my purchase. This is something the company should be able to verify internally, and I am not comfortable sharing personal details on an unfamiliar site.
If my word as a customer isn’t valued, that’s unfortunate, but the response I received was dismissive and lacked professionalism. Overall, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had, and I hope the company takes serious steps to improve how they handle...
Read moreI went last night 4/5/16, to pick up 6 Asian Zing, 6 Rising Sun, 6 Mango Habanero and 6 Carribean Jerk to go. I went in after 11pm and there was hardly anyone in there, except for a few people at the bar. I order and asked for my wings extra wet. The cashier told me the wait would be 15-20 minutes. I waited about a full 20 minutes and they finally gave me my order. They did not open the box to show me the wings like they normally do, so I checked myself. Thank God I did because the Asian Zing and Rising Sun barely had sauce. The cashier said she would take them in the back to re-sauce them and I waited 5 minutes when they were not even busy. I had to stick my head behind the counter to see what was taking so long to re-sauce wings. Then the cashier showed me the re-sauced wings and they looked no different. I could feel myself getting ready to explode so I told her they were good and walked out. I got home and this is when I really got upset. My wings were under cooked to where the skin was extremely soft. Also certain parts of the chicken still had read spots like blood and it was obvious that the chicken could have been cooked longer. I did not call the store to complain and I did not take the food back. It was after 12am at this point and I was beyond upset. I ate what I could and threw the rest out. I have never had a bad experience at this location, but you better believe after last night I won't be back! I'm not for sure what those kids were doing and yes I am saying kids because there are a lot of younger people and teens working there. But they lost my business at this location. Give me under cooked chicken and you will never get another penny out of me. You would have thought as long as I waited, that the chicken would have been over cooked! I was...
