My family and I have visit this location twice and the recent experience was Sunday at 3 pm and it was a horrible experience.. we were a party of 4 Adults and four kids. The service was so horrible the white guy I'm guessing his name was Brandon but I'm not sure because he didn't introduce himself he had long hair . Whatever his name was he kept constantly forgetting the order and he kept forgetting the stuff we ask for and he wasn't even busy but we didn't complain. The silverware was so dirty I had to get water and clean them.. nasty the coffee that we got the new cold brew didn't come with the whip cream nothing just dirty cups with coffee in it .. Then we waited another 40 minutes remind you he kept forgetting again what we ordered and it was taking him so long to come to our table. The food finally came and at 5 and it wasn't hot I ordered a wildfire salad with fried chicken on it and it was burnt and the sauce that they put on there was more like ranch and ketchup. I don't know we're they came up with the name of the wildfire sauce beware it's nasty couldn't eat anymore and pushed it aside. Never seen the server to tell him because he never came back to offer us drinks or nothing. WE finally found him talking to another guy and we asked for boxes but he didn't come over and say thank you nothing... Another guy came over and finally gave us our check and the crazy part is our check was almost 90 and we still gave him a great tip... Do better wildfire salad 12 dollars for burnt nasty chicken and ranch mix with ketchup yeah I'll pass...
Read moreWORST SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCE! Upon entering this Bob Evans (on Schultze in West Chester, OH) with my family we was greeted by a dry, unfriendly hostess. We were seated and that was IT! No one came to ask for a drink order or nothing. We sat unattended for over 15 minutes. Tried to get the hostess attention but she just stared at us with a blank stare. A server walked passed us, I told her we had not been helped yet, she gave me a "yeah okay". Still no service. Then a couple walked in and was sat diagonally from us and the got immediate service. At this point, we were done. I walked over to the group of servers standing by the kitchen (they were probably arguing who was going to serve the black family ... Yes we are black and the couple is white. Do the math!) and told them that we had been waiting for over 15 minutes with no service. She said she didn't see us. REALLY?! The hostess saw us, the other server that told us "yeah okay" saw us ... But none of y'all saw us ... the only black family in the restaurant. We walked out, there was no apology or anything. It was obvious that we got treated like strangers (their slogan is "we're a family restaurant dedicated to treating strangers like friends and friends like family") today. I should of just went to Perkins like I...
Read moreWe had brunch today at this restaurant for Father's day. There was a 20 minute wait which was reasonable. We were seated and greeted by our waitress, I believe her name was Courtney, I am not 100% sure but she had Louisville on her name tag and she was from Louisville. We absolutely had a fantastic experience with our waitress and the food was VERY GOOD.
I decided to try the candied bacon for the very first time, I asked the waitress if she had tried It, she said yes. I said is it good, she said " I like it". I also ordered their cinnamon pancakes.
Our food arrived shortly after ordering, I tried the candied bacon, my wife said "how is It"? I said unbelievable. She tried the candied bacon and agreed. The cinnamon pancakes were also a 10. We will be back.
We have been to Bob Evans in the past and the food was always good but not always great. My wife and I think Bob Evans has changed some of their recipes to stay on the cutting edge of competing restaurants and it's a must if you want to stay in the restraunt business.
I don't write to many reviews but when I have a good experience, I like to take a few minutes to praise the business and workers. Give this location a try, if you have the same experience we did, you will not be...
