We are so thrilled we chose Dia Doce Gourmet Cupcakes for our wedding cake and cupcakes! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and stress-free. The cake tasting was not only fun but also super easy— we were able to choose any 6 flavors to try, which made it exciting to narrow down our favorites. What we really loved was the flexibility to choose from their wide range of flavors across the years. There were so many delicious options to pick from, and it made our special day even more unique.

The ordering process was straightforward, and we didn’t need to give much advanced notice, which was a huge relief during the hectic wedding planning. We ordered enough for two cupcakes per guest, and it was absolutely perfect—there were no leftovers, and everyone raved about how amazing the cupcakes tasted! Our guests (and even the vendors!) couldn’t stop talking about how delicious they were.

The wedding cake itself was beautifully decorated and tasted just as incredible as the cupcakes. It was exactly what we had envisioned and more. Dia Doce really brought our vision to life with both the aesthetics and the flavor.

Horrid Customer Service - Stay Away

Came to this shop 2 days in a row. First time staff was dry to me, but warm to the patrons in front of me, but I stuck it out and still tried the cupcakes. The vegan cupcakes were pretty tasty so I returned when I was in the area again the following day.

Was in line behind a woman who was being waited on, when a few others entered behind me. The same lackluster woman I’d encountered the day before completely ignored me and greeted the lady 2 places behind me. She then asked another woman, directly behind me in line, what she could get for her.

The woman 2 places behind looked as baffled as I was. I then turned and left. I cannot say what caused the treatment, but I happen to be African American and the others behind me were not. Same with the sterile treatment the day prior. No matter what the reasoning, I would rather patronize establishments that appreciate my business, have good customer service skills, and treat all patrons equitably.

Will not be returning. I’m sure the owner will appreciate that since she created an environment to ensure I felt unwelcome.
