I got gifted from this place, but there was no gift receipt. I went in thinking I could possibly get store credit (could easily have done an exchange because I love stationary) as it was packaged by them clearly recently because their hand stamped box and tissue were in perfect condition. You cannot buy items already packaged- so it was evidently paid for. An unapologetic employee was not at all flexible in even attempting to help me with any sort of credit or exchange.
