Come to Felt for a life changing experience!

Here's my story: I had just come to visit from California the dsy before and was looking for someplace fun to shop. I was greeted into the store and immediately asked if I would like something to drink. I hesitated because I was about to do a u-turn out the door because I was convinced all the gorgeous clothes would never fit me.

However the girls explained they had all kinds of sizes, including plus size. They said I could look around but they would select some clothes for me to try with ZERO pressure to buy. This was right up my alley because I hate to shop for clothes!!

This turned into the most fabulous, delightful, fun shopping experience in my life! I was completely spoiled by Kat, Paige, Daphne and Cassie ❤️❤️❤️❤️. Kat even had cupcakes delivered to me to me at the store for my sweet tooth 🧁🧁 I even met a family who traveled from North Dakota to visit the store (which they do every time they are in town and I see why!)

My clothes were shipped to my home so I didn't have to worry about jamming them into my suitcase. It was like they thought of everything!! Can't wait to come back...

This place doesn’t deserve to have business at all. The women there were very professional in their display of discrimination as they suggested that we come back when the store is closed (due to our skin color) because they felt we were bad for business. As if the place was crawling with any other customers than us. The store volunteered their clothes for a charity fashion show to fight against human trafficking and when myself, along with several other models showed up for our fitting, suddenly they had no idea about the show or the cause, nor did they want Black models representing their brand. One of the ladies even went as far as to remove a garment from one of the models who was trying it on. With that being said I will never do business here and the clothes are heavily marked on the expensive side with cheaply made fabric. So save your money and your time. They are not worth it. I pray for the managers or who ever the two racist women running the store was at the time. Thank you for your horrible service. This is a store where I've been shopping for a few months and have always come away with some amazing stuff. Moreover, I can confidently state that this is THE BEST BOUTIQUE IN CHICAGO!!! There is a superb selection of designers at Felt, from beautiful party dresses to the perfect pair of jeans to the most comfortable travel ensemble. They have everything! The design is simple, and the prices vary depending on the season. Besides having a fantastic selection of treasures, the staff is also quite helpful and has great taste in everything they sell. They do an excellent job at not just informing you about the function of each piece, but also informing you about the history of the brand. It is a store that is brimming with attractive, high-quality clothing and accessories that have been expertly picked. So, you will definitely not be disappointed if you come here.
