I've been to many restaurants and bars, throughout the years and sometimes what we take for granted is what great dining establishments really stand for: which is giving great hospitality and making people feel at home. I've been coming here since 2016, one night after a busy shift at my old restaurant job I was really hungry and wandered into Logan Eleven. I didn't know what to expect but I felt welcomed like if they've known me for years, I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with sweet potatoes fries. The ciabatta bread, shaved cabbage slaw and the aioli complimented the chicken real well. As they also have other variety of food that can accommodate to people with different allergy restrictions, diets and food choices. The drinks and service is unlike any other places, creating cocktails with efficiency, flavor and while giving great service, but if a simple High Life or white claw you want...they also have that too. Many restaurants/bars are always to overcrowded, give poor service and drinks and overspend, but thankfully it's not an issue at Logan Eleven. Individuals like the manager Clint, Alex, Sara and many others individuals work hard and create an environment where people can come in and enjoy good service and drinks, and I'm glad I'm able to call them friends as well. I've come for 7 years and I will continue to come here and have a great time, kudos to the Logan...
Read moreBartender decided to give herself a $9.30 tip on my credit card even though I paid cash. I have the evidence if they want to dare deny that they intentionally stole my money.
**update They immediately replied and claimed that it was obviously a mistake.
So the bartender mistakenly cashed out my tab, and then mistakenly went into the credit card machine and entered a tip on a $0 balance? Bear in mind that no credit card slip was signed and no tip amount was ever written down. That's called theft. She stole my money. And she did that after I tipped her cash. There's no excuse for that. There's no calling it a mistake. It's stealing, plain and simple. I'm not surprised, either. She was very rude and a poor bartender. She probably has to steal to get tips.
You're either not going over her paperwork, because surely you would have noticed a $0 credit card slip with no signature and a tip handwritten by your own bartender, or you just don't care, or you're in on it.
I will not be calling you to ask for my stolen money back, "Clint". You enjoy. It's the last penny you'll ever...
Read moreWe stopped here for an easy lunch since my family lives in the neighborhood. We sat down at a hightop since it was too hot outside. The rating of this place has nothing to do with the service, I thought our waitress was great! She was attentive and quick.
I didn't love the food and actually ended up feeling sick for about 24 hours. Everyone who split the app together didn't feel well after the meal. I never got sick and it wasn't bad I just felt unwell right after we ate here and felt that way until the next day. I thought the food overall was ok, nothing great. The music was also blasting! I am sure I sound like a complainer but I enjoy music at restaurants but this was so loud we couldn't hear each other talk at the table. We did eventually ask our awesome waitress if they could turn it down and she did, which was so nice. I wouldn't come back next time I'm in town. Which is too bad because the place overall looks nice and their menu...
