Exotic Snack Guys — Local services in West Chicago Township

Very disappointed with the lack of customer service and professionalism I received my last visit. For context the only worker was on his phone from the moment I stepped to counter and never verbally acknowledged me or even said my total out loud which is very weird considering nothing in the store has prices on it. My total was $26.40 for a bag of chips and two drinks. The price wasn’t the problem it’s when I was handed my change i received 10 dollars and two quarters, and when I asked for a receipt he said they can’t print receipts. He ended up messaging me my receipt and I informed the worker he gave me the wrong change when I was able to confirm total and keep in mind he was still on the phone and proceeded to hand me three dollars and carried on with his convo, no apology, nothing. Nothing is labeled with the price and from a customer's perspective that's very frustrating. I don't like to go up to the register not having an idea of what I'm about to pay for something. I ended up buying two cans of British Fanta and one bag of Chinese bugles and it was over $20. I would never have purchased anything if I knew the price. Pro tip, if you want exotic snacks go to world market. They have a much bigger selection and are way cheaper....

There are NO prices marked anywhere. Basically you’re going in blind when picking things. In my opinion.. they have a decent collection, but majority of the items are overpriced. I got 5 items and my total was $50ish dollars.
